I was sorry to learn this product has been discontinued and glad I was able to get one. It is a Godsend for people concerned about a fall-prone friend or relation who lives alone and can't afford the $75 and up monthly fee of regular medical alert systems. The two way calling, 3 rolling numbers (ours ends with 911) and fall detection are invaluable features not offered together in any other no monthly fee system as I know. Programming can be a little confusing and it took a few tries to get the correct prompts but it did not take long to program and I was able to quickly and easily make changes once I had the hang of it. Definitely worth grabbing if you can find one still available.

I bought this pendant phone alarm for my elderly mother. I was unable to set it up to work properly. The instructions were minimal. The menu system was nonintuitive. I called the manufacturer twice during business hours and got a recording. I left two voice mails. Neither was returned.
