Update received my new screen to replace defective one and it is impossible to remove this quality of screen without it breaking. So be sure you align it perfect and be really careful when you snap the case back on.Now this new screen.. When I took off the protective film it left the adhesive part on the screen which took forever to rub off. Maybe this was due to heat in shipping but it was not a pleasurable task. After removed everything works as it should.I've used this screen replacement 3 times so far to fix friends tablets. This screen fits perfectly with one minor flaw. This screen is thicker making the home button a little sunken in, which isn't a problem.This last one I ordered has a weird warped look at the top and a line across the digitizer. Looks like a defect. Hoping I can get a new one and not have any issues. But again for the price this is a good product. It's not too quality glass like Samsung originally put on the device so it's thicker, and will not be as durable, but you are paying a fraction of the cost.

This replacement was easy enough to put in yourself if you can find a good tutorial. I did not have the special tools but used a guitar pick to "pry" as it is thin and plastic as to not scratch anything. The screen was a tiny bit off so there is a small gap at the top but you can not tell unless you have OCD like I do. I can say that it smudges so easily and you can see fingerprints no matter how clean your hands are, so keep a cloth handy. It is totally worth what I paid though because now I don't have to take it in and pay a huge amount or buy a new one. Photos show smudging, gap and my old broken glass.

It was cheap and it worked so I have to give it credit. Once you have it installed it's perfectly fine but the initial installation was a bit dicey because the little strip that connects the panel to the main board of the device doesn't really like to stay in place and if you don't get it properly seated and secured before putting the tablet back together, the touchscreen won't work.So I would say it's perfect except for the fact that installation was fairly difficult and it was exacerbated by the fact that the connectors didn't like to stay where they were inserted.

picture depicts one without a speaker hole, complete with a giant red arrow to make absolutely sure you know your ordering one WITHOUT a speaker hole. The one I received had a speaker hole. Got a refund and ordered another one, same thing, ordered a third one same thing. If you want the product to match the description and the pictures don't buy it! If you want to waste your time and money this is your item! FWIW amazon CS did what they could, but they apparently don't have any control over these items so they'll just keep refunding your money over and over. I also tried to get item from a different seller (still from amazon) and had the same results. AMAZON... do a better job of matching what you sell to what you show you're selling! Shouldn't this be retail 101? I'll update my review if anything changes, I just replied to CS notifying them that for the third time I've received the wrong part. AMAZON, I took the time to do your job for you see attached photo as a more accurate product image.

Great product! Came quicker than I thought when I saw that it was coming from China. It fit perfectly for my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It took me under 30 min to remove broken glass and install new glass. The adhesive is included which is a double sided sticky tape which is already in place simply remove the protective plastic film. There is also a protective plastic film which covers both sides of the glass. be sure to remove both of these. This may be why one customer had excessive glair.

I have never tried to replace a screen ... I did a little research on you tube bought the tools and did all myself ... Saved $150!!! ... Downside I wanted the one without the hole for speaker and I flipped the home button so it's not working exactly correct .... I wasn't taking it back apart and didn't want the hassle of returning screen and getting the right one.

Works great for my Samsung Galaxy S3 tab SM-T217s. If you are NOT familiar with electronics or glass touch screens, please do not try and repair it yourself. This was definitely an advanced project.
