Well priced, and very effective
So these are individual battery operated pads that stick and firm your muscles.To be fair, I have been using these for 6 weeks now.They work as well as they did the day I bought them.I have seen an increase in how firm my belly is.As well as a little definition.I also have started eating a lot more fruit which will be helping.I would definitely recommend as the Mrs definitely sees a difference.

The machine keeps falling off the pads.
Plus I would’ve like to see on the manual what for is every program. Adhesive on the pads? Absolute rubbish!! It is felling off every time especially when you’re standing in a vertical position. And guess what? When it’s not properly attached to the body you get electric shocks and really bad stings. I only used it for 3 days from new so it is supposed to work well. What a disappointment. there’s a loooong long way to 3-4 stars not to mention 5 lol

I have had no problems with it not sticking l...
I've heard these can help with muscle pain in arms and back. As a nurse I get muscular soreness often and this has helped me relax and feel less pain, plus the added benefit that my muscles are getting a workout and becoming stronger so in the long run I'll have less pain. Very much worth it for a great price.

Easy work out at home
This product helped me a lot, I can work out in my house. My belly and my legs could work out ,make me feel good.also I don't have to go to the gym. It is a good way to save time and money, Definitely recommend this.
