I really like the vibrant colors of the threads for stitching. I find these threads easy to work with as I complete the project. The fabric is pliable enough yo handle easily.

This needlepoint kit is so nice and easy to complete. The directions are self explanatory and the floss is of super quality as well as the canvas. Everything needed is included. I am halfway done with this project and cannot wait to see the complete Red Poppy Kit in its entirety.

Thru no fault of seller, I was very dissapointed with the quality of the threads supplied with kit. I rarely do needlepoint so don't have a supply that I could pull from and timely/costly to get to a store to replace. Trashcaned

Beautiful. This came with a description of how-to which was helpful for me as a first timer. For me, I use a magnifying lamp to optimize my zen experience:)

While it is challenging to see the difference between some of the colors, particularly the greens and the reds, I felt the kit was comprehensive with good guidance. Also, bonus, I discovered that I love needlepoint. This was my first foray into the craft (any needlework really), and it was relaxing, satisfying, and kept me offline. I have a wonderful though far from perfect result to boot. I've ordered two more, and look forward to improving my skills further, because no one is seeing the back of my first attempt!

I bought this for my 20-year old niece as a beginner project. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The colors are cheerful and bright. Can't wait to see it when she completes this project.

I have been doing needlepoint and needle work of other kinds for almost 50 years. After not doing it for several years, I decided to resurrect those skills with a small needlepoint kit from Dimensions @ Amazon. It was intended to give me something positive and calming to do at a difficult time in my life. I am now about 3/4 finished and ran out of thread for one of the main colors. Because I was skeptical about the amount of that color in the beginning, I was careful to conserve its use. Today I realized there would not be anywhere near enough to finish the project (red poppy; 5x5in). I tried both Dimensions website and phone number. Nothing on the web site to help and no one answering the phones. Dimensions/Simplicity has lost a customer, not that they will care.

This kit is really nice. Only five inches square, so it doesn't take forever to finish. Easy to read chart and instructions. Floss colors are lovely. A good beginner kit but fun for experienced needlepointers. I would recommend this kit.
