Worthington Frichik Original, 12.5-Ounce (Pack of 12)

Discovered this several years ago and would pick up a couple of cans from the grocery as a treat. No longer found locally. Very glad to find it on Amazon. I'm not a vegetarian - I just enjoy the taste.

FriChik is amazing, and tastes so good in stir fry and so many other dinner options! I use it in wraps, salads and just by itself. I grew up on Worthington food and i LOVE it.

Good occasional addition to a meal, expensive and highly processed, but tasty with good texture.

My whole family loves these. We eat them all the time and they are easy to prepare. All you do is drop the can in a frying pan and cook for about 15 minutes.
