For the price I can't fault this phone. It works really well. Bright clear screen has all the apps I use and quick to install. The battery lasts for ages which is great. Calls are clear. I was very surprised and not expecting it to work so well I've always had top of the range Samsung phones and this works just as well.The only down fall is the camera quality, u can't film in dim light they just come out grainy. Zooming in massively reduced the picture quality as well.

Bought it as a companion to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Just to use as navigator and messenger in the city center. Looks nice.That's the only positive. (Yes, that's including the price tag!)EXTREMELY SLOW. BEYOND RIDICULOUS. It can't even open from the lock screen without it freezing. Really shouldn't be selling a phone, regardless of the price without it being able to function on the most BASIC levels.I uninstalled all Apps to test it and it made no difference. Slowest thing Ive used since the dawn of the Amstrad PC. (Even that was quicker)DO. NOT. BUY. (Even for the money - go buy anything non-Android phone. You won't be able to use any Apps properly anyway!)Will be returning and expect a full refund. Absolute trash. Camera is appalling too.

Looks amazing in blue, feels nice to hold. The battery easily lasts me a full day, and the screen is super smooth. For the price, I honestly can't complain. Great phone!

surprising for the money. it works as a phone. needs whatsapp etc then this will do it. I was amazed. Used for backup phone in elderly parents house. Would use if I wanted a phone could be lost or broken. But main thing is it does work ok, can go maps, browse, call etc fine.

I was so pleased to find such a budget option when my Rednote11 had an unfortunate fall. I was generally really happy with it. The startup process was simple and easy and I love the look and feel of the phone (felt like quality). There were 3 major issues that caused me to return mine though:1). It is so slow. Sometimes it would be quick and easy but at times apps took forever to load. I felt like a kid with dial up again.2). I could not add apps to the Home Screen. I tried so many different ways to get this to work, followed so many online tutorials but all to no avail. I had to open settings-apps-select the app-press open and then wait. Such a pain!3). The camera quality isn’t great. For the price that wouldn’t normally be an issue, but the mid range versions from Redmi offer much higher quality. I think I’ll just fork out a little more and get one of those.This would be perfect for a teenagers first phone. Or perhaps for an elderly relative that might only use it as a phone or for simple tasks.

Amazing value :-DPhone is beautifully packaged. Note that the SIM key is actually inserted into one of the paper folds.The set-up routine (on my version) isn't perfect. I had to do two factory resets before I worked out that "skipping" the face and fingerprint part results in "files missing". I accepted the options but didn't set anything and it was happy.A couple of things to note: the screen size is measured vertically, not diagonally - so it's a bit bigger than I expected; it does not come with a protective wrap-around - I bought a Natbok (ASIN: ‎B0CVWQVKTH), which is a perfect fit.Even given this there is no way this gets fewer than five stars!
