It's a keeper.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It looked right... Functionality: I just checked it out functionally everything is perfect, gears mesh the chuck is concentric. The counter is right on the money. For the price you can't do any better. Plus it looks good when it's stored like it's out of Dr Frankenstein's lab.

Functional tool at a fair price
Pretty good for the price. Rough castings, but to be expected. I shimmed the top shaft about 0.06" (1.5mm) to make the gears align better. Overall, it does the required job.
