Griddlers Logic Puzzles: Color: Nonograms, Griddlers, Picross: Volume 1

I really enjoy hanjie type puzzles and the prospect of colour was very exciting. However, unless you have a super rich and huge collection of coloured pens, you may not be able to complete the puzzles because of the high number of different shades needed. There isn't a puzzle where less than 4-5 shades of the same colour are required. This takes all the fun away. Also, paper quality means that coloured pencils are really hard to use and see. Disappointing given its price.

There are some good pictures in this book but some that aren't worth tackling. One supposedly had different shades of green but they looked the same, another varying shades of grey and another 4 variances of blue. The squares are quite small but I didn't find that a problem. With the number of puzzles it's still worth having the book if you don't get disappointed that a few aren't worth trying.

Bought as present for daughter, she was very pleased with it and hopefully will have great fun doing the puzzles
