Nice but delivered damaged
The bag itself is nicely designed with good cushioning and lots of zipper pockets, however the bag delivered to us had a broken zipper and a tear in the side handle. If it weren't for the fact that I needed this bag for my son's music camp next week i'd have sent it back for replacement. Luckily I'm handy and have some sewing skills so I was able to fix the zipper and tear. My son, who's on the small side, can easily wear this backpack style and it's much more for him comfortable than the inexpensive gig bag that came with our rental cello.
