The company that sells this kit got in touch saying they had listened to my previous review and looked into how they could improve their kits. Well they sent out their new version of the cleaning kit and what a change the new version is truly a top quality cleaning kit. First of all I noticed the top quality case it now comes in the last kit came in a cheap nylon bag secondly and maybe the best improvement of all the new improved lens pen in fact you could tell the difference by the weight of the pen the bristles where still I believe nylon but much higher density and seemed to lift all the dust of the lens with ease but what did make a day and night of a difference was the cleaning tip the cap came with a protective foam insert to help with keeping the felt pad clean and secure and it honestly looks a top quality item in fact I'd say it was on par if not better than the one I bought from jess ops for £15.00 alone. Another thing I was disappointed with last time around was no lens fluid well again the company who makes the kit listened and now packs in the kit with a quality fluid in a pump action bottle. Also in the kit comes 5decent sensor cleaning pads 5quality cotton qtips wet and dry lens cleaning tissues and a pack of 10 tissue paper sheets as well as a cleaning air pump to blast air to blow away dust particles on the lens before using any of the other cleaning wipes and cloths. All in all a top quality kit now I honestly have no idea if the prices have increased because the lens pens has to be worth more than the £8.99 the original kit was priced at but I honestly would not complain if the kit costed £15.00 now because you don't mind paying that bit more for a quality item cause you only need to buy it once. This company is a new one set up to offer quality items at reasonable prices they listen to your comment and try to sort out any problems straight away

Following my recent critical review of this product I was contacted by the suppliers who were very keen to address my concerns. I must say that their customer service was very good and they offered me a full refund, which I told them was not appropriate, as the product was priced cheap and the description and pictures were accurate. (They refunded me anyway.)As I explained to them, my main concern was with some previous reviews that I feel were not accurate.This is a good priced, starters set, which may not have the quality of more expensive ones, as you would expect, but for those with smaller compact cameras would provide a set of tools for cleaning and keeping lenses dust free. The delivery was swift and the customer service I received was excellent.

This is my first time I am buying anything for cleaning my camera. It is a very nice and useful kit for cleaning and because of compact size it is very easy to carry. Reason I give this kit four star because firstly, they didn’t provide the instruction manual, however on the product website they have explained very well, but they should provide instruction manual. Secondly, in the product description its written that “: The spray bottle is filled with alcohol-free cleaning solution”, but in the kit, which I recieved the bottle is empty.

I recently noticed a little dust inside the body of my camera and decided to get one of these nifty kits that I've seen advertised all over the place. I'm so glad I did.This has everything you will need to perfrom basic cleaning on your DSLR camera body and lenses. There are alcohol wipes for the glass parts and a soft brush with an air blower for cleaing inside the body. I would certainly recommend this for anyone with a DSLR or similar camera, it's a must have item!

Lots of bits to help keep your optics clean. I am pleased with the value.

Excellent for everyday use

There’s a review on here from the 5th of September 2018whereby a “verified purchaser” states the company has made all of these changes/update. Please DON’T be fooled. The kit is still cheap and poorly made. It comes with a nylon bag to keep the items in. The brush is awful. The ‘lens cleaning paper’ is also open and unusable.Please avoid. Even for the cheap price.
