We have many of these placemats, very good quality. However the seller should put more thoughts on the packaging: it was folded!

I ordered this item which is listed as a pack of 12. The first time only 1 mat was delivered. Thinking it was just a picking error I returned it and reordered. However only 1 mat was delivered again. This listing is not correct
