I got these to try the new flavors, and because I used to be able to get the Mint, but it’s harder to find these days. These are still made by the original factory.I’ve always loved the Original and the Mint, what I wasn’t expecting was how they were even better, because they’re so super-fresh! I had no idea they could be any better than the store-bought, because they’re nice and soft as well, but wow! The marshmallow is so soft, and all the flavors are so good. All fluffy marshmallow perfection, better than any I’ve got at the store for decades, and they don’t sit around at the grocery stores around here, they generally sell fast and sell out.So, I shared with some family who are also fans of the Original and Mint, and the two newer flavors were a hit as well. Love them all.Few companies get the “S’mores” thing right, with cereals, crackers or whatever products, but Annabelle’s has nailed it with their S’more Rocky Road. The key to a good S’more is the quality of each individual ingredient, and the ratio. Other products don’t have enough marshmallow, and their paltry amount isn’t good, it is often hard, or nearly nonexistent, and the Graham crackers parts are usually “off”, with some weird, non-Graham-tasting cracker, just some other odd flavor taste, with the chocolate part also blah, and out of proportion. Most “S’more” products are much too heavy on the Graham......and they’re nothing like the S’mores Rocky Road. It is perfectly done. A good S’more has plenty of marshmallow, is light on the Graham, and the Chocolate is the glue, so to speak... the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate is also nicely balanced. (I’m back because we need more of all of them!) I wasn’t quite up for buying an entire case of each, so thank you to the seller who made these into multi-packs of equal measure. So incredibly good!We were thinking these would also be good to chop some up and add some to hot cocoa, too. That’s next.

The candy bars were delivered at the end of the day, and I was home, so they only sat on the front porch for a minute. The were not packaged in such a way, that they would not melt, after being kept in a warm delivery van all day without melting. I felt the individual candy bars after they were delivered because it had been a warm day out. They felt soft and squishy. I opened one of the bars and it was stuck to the paper. I wasn't going to open all 24. I'm not sure whose fault it is, the manufacturer or the delivery person.

I always get my husband Rocky Road candy for Valentines Day. Lately I can't find it in all of our stores so I went to Amazon rather then not find him any. I am happy Amazon has it! I was also very excited when I found out Rocky Road came in other flavors. They turned out to be some my husband really loves. Our grandson was here today and he asked to have one. He liked it so well he took 3 more without asking. Grandpa is sad because he cleaned up the S'mores! I will have to get him some for St. Patrick's Day to keep Grandpa happy!
