Cool yellow case!
This is actually quite a nice case. The build quality is pretty nice and the origami folding is pretty unique. It feels nice to the touch and it fits the kobo Libra color fantastically. We will have to see after many times of bending this case if it holds up over time. So far though it seems to be made out of really good material so I expected to last as long as my device will. The only possible point of contention will be this yellow color. I’m glad they offered it because it’s quite unique from normal offerings but it’s hard to get a sense of the true color from any pictures or videos online. You really have to see this in person. Some will like it, some will find it horrific. Luckily, I ended up liking it haha. Just one note though, you will NOT be able to store the associated stylus pen inside this case. There are other models of cases available if you need that purpose.

Almost flawless
This Kobo case is well worth the cost. It fits perfectly, is of high quality, and holds the stylus securely. I appreciate it's relatively light weight and how it feels in my hands. The only minor problem that I have encountered is that when the case is opened up all the way and is against the back of the eBook reader, it is sometimes difficult to detach it from the magnetized back to close the case.

Slim case that holds the pen and shields the screen
More pocketable = an ereader I'll actually use. I wanted the slimmest possible case that would protect the screen and include the stylus. This review is for the Notebook style case (with stylus). This year, my goal is to read more books, and I wanted to try ebooks from the library. Enter the Kobo Libra Color ereader: slim, sized to slip into a medium-sized purse or my work bag. I got the stylus, too, as I read mostly non-fiction and I find it helps my retention and understanding if I mark up the text. It turns out there aren't a lot of cases for Kobo that accommodate the stylus. Still, I thought I thought I could make other cases work by adding a pen loop or stylus strap to a reader-only case. So I tried a couple of other cases. But I came back to this one. It was the slimmest, the nicest feel in the hand, and it offers protection to the stylus so the tip and eraser won't get pressed in transit. Also, I learned that I prefer a straightforward flat cover; it seems as if it would offer better protection for the screen than a cover with folds. The origami and tri-fold styles can press in slightly at the seams toward the screen. I didn't like that. I also didn't like the puffy-style easel cases (with the pop-out vertical stand); they were so bulky in comparison to the KLC itself! Pros: * slim * solid cover (no seams to press in toward the screen) * holds & protects the stylus * indents inside the cover so the buttons don't get pressed in transit * magnetic cover holds it closed well and wakes reliably on opening * easy to open using the slight lip along the right edge * Horizontal stand * feels surprisingly nice, both the microfiber lining and the outer texture * looks elegant Cons: * No vertical stand * Few colors available Too early to tell: * stain resistance * ease of cleaning * durability * protection (haven't had any falls yet!)

Kobo sleep case for Kobo Libre Colour
This case for the Kobo Libre Colour is a perfect fit. I expected it to be as it is the official Kobo sleep case. The sleep/wake magnetic function works as it should. The built in origami stand function works but it causes the reader to tilt a little too much for my taste. But that is a personal thing. Seems to be made well and I expect it to last a long time.

Holds pen well, wish it had stand feature, why leave one edge exposed?
This is a nice solid case that fits the kobo libra colour perfectly, but I have a few critiques, some carried over from the Libra 2 cases, some new and unique to this one. First old problem: it is so expensive!! Third party cases don't cost nearly as much, and they last just as long, it's all the same material in the end. The cover on my elipsa is actually holding up worse than the $10 3rd party case on my Libra 2 Second old critique: Why make a case to protect your precious device that leaves one side of the device completely exposed to scratches and falls? If the open edge were on the inside, so it was protected when the cover was closed, this would make more sense, but if you want the case to absorb the impact of a fall, this leaves 1/4 of the device edges vulnerable! Not to mention no protection to that edge from scratches from being put in a bag with other things. New critique: I wish the notebook case had the origami stand cover. Why offer an ereader with a pen, then don't make half the case styles compatible with the pen? I have to choose between possibly losing my pen and being able to prop my book up to read, or having a secure place for the pen, but need a separate phone stand or try to prop my book up on something when I'm reading during lunch. They could've made at least one origami cover with a pen slot. I guarantee I would've purchased it because there are still no other cases out there that do this. I'd also love to see a clear case with a solid sleep cover. I want to put stickers under the back, but have my screen protected out and about. I don't want to keep changing cases daily, and I don't want to rely on the dubious protections of a sleeve which add quite a bit of bulk not conducive to fitting it in a slim bag. Long story short, it looks nice, it protects most of the device, it holds the pen securely, but it could be better.

Premium but overpriced
Compared to a similar design at cheaper price ($15) I got from Amazon, this case certainly feels a lot more premium. Its magnets are also stronger and help hold the tablet in standing position sturdily. I still think it is overpriced, but it is just of much better quality than the alternatives so I’ll keep it.

FYI Does not fit kobo libra 2
Good cover but does not fit kobo libra 2. The are the same size and kobo doesn't produce covor for 2 anymore so I thought they might be the same but they are not. The colour is thinner, so this case doesn't work for kobo libra 2

Such a great case
Best case I've had for an ereader. Feels premium

Sembra vera pelle. Vale il prezzo che costa

Works as on/off switch, can be used as stand.
