Venus Laboratories Earth Friendly Cat Stain/Odor Remover Spray, 22-Ounce

Bought this to clean up after my 18yr old dog when she cannot make it outside. Although it is rare on occasion she does have an accident. This product seems to do a great job. I have no urine smells after cleaning up. Will purchase again.

The spray does not work well on hard-wood floor. According to instructions, I'm not supposed to leave it on the floor and have to wipe it off.The instructions don't quite specify how long to let it linger, I do it almost right away...and maybe that's why it has no visible effect. The stains are still there. And the cat continues to urinate there... :(

Smells nice, can't speak to it's ability to "break down" the urine - hard to tell?

I didn't even realize this was marketed for cats when I bought it for my dogs "problem". But, I sprayed it on as recommended and left it overnight and WOW, it works incredibly well, I was shocked since nothing else has come close. I like that it evaporates and you don't have to work the area. Also that it is enviro friendly but they aren't kidding about it being a mild skin irritant, it stung a tiny bit on my foot when I accidentally stepped on a treated area. I guess it really DOES interact with organic things. In any case, this is the best product - I will be buying more :-)

This did not work for us at all. We ended up having to tear out the carpet in our living room because the stupid cat still kept going back and peeing in the spot that we treated, cleaned and sprayed this like crazy. :(

Seems to work, even for dog accidents. Dog hasn't gone back to pee in the area since treatment of it.

I am a believer in this product! With our many cats and two large dogs in our household, I was forever trying different products to get pet stains out of the carpet. This one really works! So many other products just didn't do much and if they did halfway work, the strong smell alone was enough to dread having to use it. I get migraines and can't stand a lot of strong fragrances. Even the "all natural" sprays recommended at the pet store were terrible! Anyway, long story short-I tried this after reading reviews on Amazon and I'm so glad I did! I have already recommended it to my daughter who has a small dog in the house. This stuff works!

Gets rid of odors. I had a wool blazer that had been utterly defiled, and it's now wearable. Dry cleaning didn't touch the smell, but this stuff made if go away.
