Great coverage
Used it in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Germany with no problems for calls, texting, and data. Mostly in 4G coverage, some 5G. Good value for money. It even worked in USA on tmobile when I returned but only for data. Don't have to download app to use it, just activate it on web site days before using it.

Garbage product. Just get an eSIM.
My parents went on a 9 day trip to see Europe so I bought them this SIM card to use. I had to activate it so I took the time to do that. Received an email saying that it’s all ready to go and received the phone number for the SIM card. My parents touched down in Europe and the card wasn’t working. They had to connect to the hotel’s WiFi to contact me, saying the card needs to be registered. So I registered it on the website but the phone number sent to me was not being accepted. I reached out via email and they gave me the proper number to use. Turns out you have to remove the 44 and replace it with a 07. How are we supposed to even know that? So I registered and get the green light a second time. All ready to go right? Wrong. SIM card is locked. I have to contact the provider to unlock it. By the time we get the SIM card working my parents will already be back from their trip, making this product nothing but a headache. Do yourselves a favor and just get an eSIM. You just need to set it up for the days you need it and just turn it on when you reach your destination. Don’t bother with this product, it’s more headache than it’s worth.

Worked as advertised, but only on newer phones. SIM card did not work on an older Samsung S8+
I bought the 12GB 30-day SIM card for a trip all around Europe. First the negatives: 1. Installation of the SIM card is straight-forward, but this card did NOT work on my older Samsung S8+. It kept saying "SIM card has changed, restart your phonoe to start using your new SIM card." but every time I did that, I'd get the same error message and Tech Support was of no help. I was able to get the data to work on the phone, but after a painstakingly tedious method - tap the Emergency Call link, which would get rid of the error message for about 2 seconds, during which time I would get myself to the Settings > Connections > Hot Spot to turn on the hot spot, and once I managed to do that (usually about 3-4 minutes after I figured out the method) my other devices had data. But the telephone number that came with the card was totally useless on that phone. I finally decided to try swapping that SIM into my newer S22 Ultra, and it worked the first time. I sent Tech Support an email describing what I had been through, and told them they should create a section on the Amazon listing about compatible devices or non-compatible devices (either a list right in the listing or a link to a page on their website) but rather than thank me all they said was "we do suggest to change handset when all basic trobleshoot doesn't work" - which was nowhere found on any of their pages that I could see, nor in any of the tech support emails or chat sessions - of which there were at least ten. 2. They tell you to download the My3 UK App to check data balance, but the 3 system would not let me register the UK number that the SIM card came with, no matter whether I tried on the phone, or tried creating an account directly on the 3 website. This was a fail. The only way I could check balance of data was to dial 444 (not 333 as they say in the TSIM emails or their website. 3. This card can't be topped up once you use up your data. I finished using up the 12GB after about 20 days, so I bought the 30 day 10GB data only eSIM from the same seller, TSIM. Because I had the SIM card installed in the S22Ultra, which has eSIM capability, it was easy to install the eSIM before the SIM card's 12GB was used up, and leave that as the default data source, and once that SIM ran out I just switched to the eSIM as the default. Smooth transition, and worked without any problems. That 10GB eSIM was plenty, and had about 2GB left over at the end of the trip. Positives: 1. The SIM card worked as advertised in all 7 countries I visited in Europe. There were some places where the main carrier of the SIM card apparently did not have a roaming agreement with the local carrier, because there were a few places where I had full signal but no data. The highest data speed I experienced was better than 100Gbps, while the slowest i saw was 3G speeds in remote areas or where the signal was just not that good. 2. The eSIM also worked fine as advertised, with the exception of my having to restart my phone a few times because the data just got locked up on occasion, but worked fine after the reboot. It probably had something to do with change in location. Not a real problem. 3. Although the tech support people really couldn't help me with a solution and I had to figure it out myself, they did respond to emails within 24-36 hours, and when I had the time to sit on chat, they were online when I tried that so I can't really complain about the responsiveness - only lack of information and true solutions. Overall I was satisfied with the products, and will probably use them again since I now know the SIM card will not work in older phones, unless some other company sells the same or equivalent products for less.

Do not buy !!!!!
Gave it one star because zero was not an option. Bought their card for a trip to Romania and Germany. SIM would not connect in ANY city in Romania. Spent hours trying to contact seller via email with no response. Used the same phone with an Orange card the summer before and it worked fine. I spent two days in Germany on the way home and I tried it there, still no service. I even tried it in a friend' s travel phone and it still wouldn't work. Complete garbage. I was a slave of wi-fi the entire trip until I went back to ORANGE.

Inconsistent service
We bought 3 SIMs and 1 eSIM for trip to Europe. Activation/registration was easy enough, though eSIM did not work and had to contact support several times, and after 2 days it finally started to work. SIMs were 12Gb, but actually they were 75GB, but 12 GB cap applied to new operator/country. Still plenty enough. However, service was absolutely inconsistent. In some countries like Netherlands and Belgium it was great, but France and Germany were hit and miss. Had to manually switch operators several times to find a service. The worst was UK, which was surprising as being the home base for 3 (three). Never got any 5G and even LTE coverage was poor and really slow. Phone calls worked maybe 50% of the time, which is not acceptable. RCS messages went through sometimes but could not send MMS e.g. pictures as for whatever reason service was not provisioned. I guess you get what you pay for, but I cannot recommend this product if you want good service and piece of mind when traveling.

Frustrating at first but it worked
I used these SIM cards while on vacation in Italy. They worked OK but the set up and first use was very frustrating. I had to contact customer support using wifi in order to find out the name of the network in Italy. Then I had to have the hotel clerk explain that I had to dial 00 then the area code (44) then the phone number. I also setup an online account but once setup, the link did not work. The company name is Three and they need to improve the information they send to the first time user. Most people would have given up. I persevered and got it to work for me.

現地に到着したらAPN設定が必須です。APN設定をしないと、通話はできても、データ通信というかインターネット接続ができません。12GBで5Gに対応しており、欧州では4Gでしたが、通信速度が遅いと感じたことはありませんでした。

We used those in our travel last year in Europe (my wife was in Estonia in business trip, then I joined her in Spain then Romania for vacation). Worked very well in all places. Also 10 GB for one month is more than enough for Internet browsing while travelling, and having data while exploring unfamiliar places is a huge advantage - at a fraction of the cost of roaming. Will buy again for our next multi-country trip in Europe.

This is actually a SIM card from Three UK, which TSIM have re-packaged and for which they do the activation. However, its great advantages are that you can activate the SIM in Australia before you leave (and the 6 GB 30 day SIM allowed data access in Australia, so I could test it out before leaving) and it worked immediately and without trouble after arriving in Italy (once I remembered to turn on data roaming!), including for phone calls, unlike a Globalstarlink EU SIM I bought with a Orange Spanish phone number, where it took a lot of emails to the support desk before I could make phone calls in Italy. This TSIM SIM has a UK phone number, meaning you can make phone calls to UK numbers as well as to EU phone numbers. The 6GB data allowance gave us plenty for our 6 day visit.

Great product. Must activate it a day or 2 before arriving in Europe as it takes a while for the company to activate it.

Have purchased these SIM cards 3 times now. Bought one for Spain earlier in the year, and then grabbed 2 for our recent trip to Italy (extra one for my wife's phone). Followed the pre-trip registration process from TSIM and then got my notification of the activation date from them. During our flights to Europe I installed the cards into our phones and then upon landing the new cards kicked in seamlessly. You will get a bunch of text message from 3Mobile but you can ignore them and just enjoy your connectivity. Worked great all over Spain and Italy.
