Unlike many of the other products I have purchased on Amazon, this is one that hopefully I will never have to use. However, upon arrival, I gave it a trial run to get to grips with how it works, and I can safely say that it is not only simple and easy to use, but also an incredibly strong and sturdy product. It has already taken pride of place in my first aid box in the back of my car in case of emergency. The only negative I could find in this product is that it does not come in a resealable packaging, meaning it is reasonably difficult to store. But for the price, I cannot complain, and is a must for anybody who takes first aid seriously..

Bought for a course on managing major bleeding trauma, and worked well in both applying it to someone else and to myself even under some induced stress.

I recently completed a first aid course which made me think about the situations I sometimes put myself in, I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors following my favourite passions, bushcraft and wild camping, a lot of the time I'm using an axe or at least some very sharp tools so purchased this to add to my first aid kit, you just never know when you might need it when you're miles from anywhere on your own.

Look's a good quality product that should do a great job... Thank God I have not needed to use it yet!!!

Bought for a hiker friend who said it seems fine.

These are a copy of the CAT and as such I would probably not stake my life on them. I use them for occlusion training at the gym. In my emergency kit I still have an original CAT.

Very good CAT! i used it at a 27hour airsoft milsim avent and put it trough hell and looks just like new very simple to use and i would highly reccomend it!

Can't really review this until I need to stop te bleeding of some poor soul who's lost a limb!
