Be Careful!
This series of paint bottles has ridiculously tiny writing on the label. The color is described, in abreviated form, in 3 languages - not of which are readable. Three different blues are marked LtBu, DkBu and again DkBu for Light Blue, Brilliant Blue and Dark Blue. The easiest way to know what you are buying is by the bar code/stock number. They are 1108, 1110 and 1111. The 1110 is a nice Brilliant blue, but if you pick up a 1111 by mistake, you will disappointed! So be careful

Old School Gold Standard
I started using Testor paints 50 years ago. I stopped model building when I left home, so I haven't used Testors in all that time. I found myself needing to print some plastic from a 3D print, so I went to what I know, Testor. Imagine my surprise when it's exactly as good as it used to be. I was blown away. What is exactly as good as it was 50 years ago? Nothing... except this Testor enamel paint. Color is good. Consitency is good. It worked great on the plastic from the print (eSun PLA+ for those who are interested, good stuff). I'm extremely happy with this.

Not as pictured
This is definitely not a bright blue...I needed a cobalt blue enamel paint, and this came up on search. It's more of a matte turquoise at best, more of a light blue, and is non-returnable. Total bust. If you're looking for turquoise, this would probably meet your needs. If you're looking for cobalt, not even close. :-(
