Slappy's Nightmare (Goosebumps Series 2000, No 23) Paperback – November 1, 1999

Bought this for my grandson, 11 yrs, who loves the series. Description said 'used', but my grandson said it looked new to him, so it was in very good condition. Came in a very timely manner. He was thrilled to get this book!

10 year old loves these books - anything with Slappy is a hit at our house - as long as he reads, I'm glad to buy!!

Just to be clear, bent out of shape like it's spent a month at the bottom of a kid's backpack, with writing and noticeable wear and tear to the cover is not "good" condition. I was able to read through it, so it was "acceptable," but now I can say I've learned the lesson that sellers are likely to exaggerate the condition of their products to help move them. Good story though. Great for Slappy fans.

well, this isn't his best book and I was a bit disappointed by this also, he used some of the jokes off his old books and this is his typical dummy set up story. I'm not a fan of his ending either. But it did start off good and he's still the best horror writer ever.

It's a fun little book that does justice to the character in a very good way. The self referencing in the book is also a good new feature.
