I originally ordered this Iceland Moss tea for myself because I had been dealing with a persistent cough for quite a long time. Along with my regular treatment, I decided to add herbal support after a friend recommended it. It has been helping her family, so I wanted to try it as well. After using this tea consistently for about a week, I noticed a clear difference. In terms of effectiveness, it helped soothe my throat and made coughing less uncomfortable, especially during the day. For me, it worked well as a supportive herbal tea alongside my usual routine. The taste is herbal and slightly bitter — tolerable for me, but it may not be very pleasant for everyone. The size of the package is good and lasts a while with regular use. The herbs arrived fresh, with a natural smell and clean appearance, which was important to me. Later, my kids got sick as well, and they also drank this tea. We did not experience any allergic reactions, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we had a positive experience and I would consider ordering it again as a gentle herbal option during cold season.

I’ve really been enjoying this Icelandic Moss herbal tea. The flavor is mild, earthy, and not too bitter, and it feels very soothing on a dry, irritated throat. I like to drink it in the evening with a little honey, and it’s become my go-to tea when I feel like I’m coming down with something. The quality of the dried moss is clean and fragrant, with no dust or debris.

It’s very good does what it says it does. I had had the flu and we drink it a cup in the morning and a cup at night very soothing, good stuff.

A healthier version of tea. I like it and it taste good with Honey in it. Worth trying

I just made myself a cup of guava leaf tea. I’m not a tea drinker at all—most teas actually make me gag. Still, I decided to try this one after a friend spoke highly of its medicinal benefits, particularly for blood sugar control. He told me he was on Ozempic and eventually got off it by drinking guava leaf tea. I just tried it. Growing up in the Caribbean, the flavor felt familiar. I used two bags and found it surprisingly mild and palatable. We’ll see how my glucose levels respond… it had just peaked at 221 at 9am, and had begun to drop… we will see.

Product came well packaged and also resealable. I tried in a tea, as expected the taste is rather earthy. I’m currently making a tincture with it. Keep in mind it expands as the product gets rehydrated.

Oh my goodness I used 2 tablespoons and and almost fell out drinking this tea lol. Less is best this is very strong herb 🌿. I also use it in my protection work to keep negative energy away. I do grind it so it's more of a power form however still has a strong earthy taste it's great for calming the nerves and helps you to relax as a tea. Use it according to your own need. I do
