This anchor buoy is a necessity at the sand bar I anchor at where many boaters flock. We spend many hours every summer on a sandbar with friends, and one of the problems of that kind of party is that every boat has an anchor to step on. This is a great solution. One end of the supplied 72” snap line is tied to the anchor we use in shallow water, and the and the adjustable end is looped through the hole in the floating fish. Once the anchor is set, I can tighten the line so that the fish stays more or less directly over the anchor. Then all our friends will know where to step with caution. It’s simple and fun. Love it.

I've avoided getting something like this as they seem too small, but it really is just right. Since it doesn't deflate, it would take up too much room in a boat if bigger. This easily attaches to the anchor so people know where it is. We use it in less than 10' of water.

It's nice to have an anchor marker that is bright but doesn't take up a lot of space that is already limited on a boat. Light-weight, floats well and is bright enough to see. Kids sometimes think it is a toy to play with so that's the only downside. My daughter was upset that the dolphin didn't have his eyes colored in but a quick pass with a sharpie took care of it. Kids get hung up on the weirdest things. The line on it is a bit thin, does the trick for now but over time might want to get a thicker one.

We got this to use as an anchor buoy and trip line for our 22 lb anchor. The line that comes with it is too thin to be able to pull the anchor, and the hole to attach the line is only about 1/4" in diameter. We will have to go with a larger buoy.

I am disappointed in the size of this anchor float. It fits right in the palm of my hand, and may be easily mistaken for a bathtub or pool toy. Even though it is a bright orange, I believe it would likely be overlooked in choppy water. The thin elastic cord, which is included, will not stand up to the rigors of frequent use. Pass on this one.

We chose this adorable URESMSAT Floating Anchor Ball Marker Buoy because of the fun fish shape and the bright orange color. There is a rock near our dock that had a marker, but has disappeared, this bright orange marker will help us know where that rock is and prevent any damage to our boats. The bouy works like a charm, and we are very pleased to have such a fun marker out near our dock.
