This was purchased as gift for a 5 year old who is fascinated by hurricanes and tsunamis . The collection is hard covered, has great pictures and he is happy to browse alone( so good to have in the car) or have someone read with him esp at bedtime . He has enjoyed them all so much I bought a second set for a 6 year old 's upcoming birthday . Getting such a high quality set at the sale price was an added benefit . Highly recommended.

It were good but I had send it back, because it is for school children I guess, nor for preschool

One of my best purchases ever. My 5 years old is delighted with them and reads the books on repeat. We definitely got our money's worth here. Very good quality, strong covers, come in a lovely box. Contain plenty of colourful pictures and lots of interesting facts in a child friendly format. Not too much but enough for them to feel like they are really learning about science. Would make a lovely present for an inquisitive 4-7 year old. Highly recommend, would give it 6 stars if I could.
