Great for taking on holiday, it didn’t keep things as cold as I expected because there was allot of material around the frozen sticks, but when I moved the cooling sticks on top of the medicine it was sufficiently cool for a 5hr flight.

Purchased this product for medication pens to be taken abroad on holiday. Flight was 8 hours plus transfer time and medication was kept cool until I could get it refrigerated. Good product!

Worked well for me travelling to Italy in the tail end of summer. Still using it. Its a good compact solution

I like that it is so compact. It is padded to keep breakable things safe. Well insulated to keep things cool.

Absolutely amazing product however there's a massive confusion on the leaflet that comes with it as it says chill rather than freeze and obviously doesn't keep temperature

Dovendo tenere sempre con me adrenalina ed altri medicinali per problemi di allergie (compreso un'altra siringa), devo dire che questo astuccio e davvero ben organizzato e mi permette di tenere al sicuro sia compresse che fiale. Le due buste di ghiaccio stanno utilissime per l'estate. A chi dice che l'astuccio si bagnerà, consiglio di mettere le buste nei sacchetti freezer, così non avranno problemi
