This was the first book I'd read by this author and I had to read the others straight away. Brilliant writing, fantastic story! Can't recommend highly enough!

This book follows on from the second book, the writing flows, the characters are rounded and likeable. I am really enjoying the series The Children of the Gods.

I read the first book in one night , after that I couldn't,t wait u til morning to buy the next two books in the series , now I,m stuck waiting for Amanda,s story ?

Enjoying this series immensely. I T Lucas is gifted in spinning such a tale of life love and desperation to be loved. As you move through the different characters of the family you grow more and more attached.

I AM ON THIS 3RD BOOK IN THIS SERIES AND I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF SYSSI I LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS SERIES BUT HER. WITH HER GOODY TWO SHOES ATTITUDE. I GOT SO SICK OF HER IN THIS BOOK THAT I HAD TO PUT IT ASIDE AND READ SOMETHING ELSE (LACHLAN VAMPIRES IN AMERICA) HALFWAY THRU LACHLAN I DECIDED TO COME BACK AND FINISH THIS OFF AND BE DONE WITH IT SO I CAN PUT SYSSI BEHIND ME. I REALLY WANT TO READ THIS WHOLE SERIES BUT I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SYSSI ANYMORE AND THERE ARE 28 BOOKS SO I WOULD HAVE 25 MORE TO GO. I LIKE KIAN, AMANDA KRI, MICHAEL, ANANUNDAR AND BRUNDUR ETC. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE CHARACTERS BUT I JUST CANNOT TOLERATE HER (SYSSI) ANYMORE.I AM GIVING THIS BOOK 5 STARS BECAUSE I DO LIKE THE OTHER CHARACTERS.

I’ve read 4 of the books in this series. Without giving anything away, let me start by saying the first 3 books were really good. I couldn’t put them down. That being said, at the end of the 3rd book I was upset that the story of Syssi and Kian really wasn’t over in my opinion. It went into the fourth book about Kians sister Amanda. But still had bits about Syssi and Kian. Their story wasn’t even over after the fourth book, but went into a story about Amanda. Which Amanda’s story wasn’t completed by the end of the fourth book either. So to me this series is going to ramble on and on with no completion to any couples story. I am not reading further into the series because I don’t like when an author leaves open endings, even after 4 books in.

Dahlu appears to be a whack job of a religious he-man-woman-hater, then you find, like a lot of Scientologist, he has discovered the internet.All three books have a continuous plot and are addicting. I would finish one and immediately need the next like a fix!This Trilogy is Book Nerd Approved4 out of 5 stars – losing one star because, for a 2000 year old man from Eastern Europe, Kian has an amazing grasp on the English language including American idioms and slang. I am loving this series!! It just gets better and better. It is very well written and the characters are awesome! I love Kian and Syssi and loved Amanda meeting Andrew. I can't wait to see where it goes from here.

This book hits you completely with the suspenseful play! I seriously don't know where to begin with this one. Syssi is curious about Kian and his family. Like the old saying goes, "Curiosity killed the cat." Well in this case, Syssi's trust. However, true love prevails. Syssi and Kian were destined for one another. Their chemistry is absolutely breathtaking and amazing. Honestly, I'm jealous of it. It's one of those you ache to have yourself, minus the hidden secrets.Dalhu is still being his sneaky self. Only now his plans are to discover where the clan is hiding Syssi and kidnap her for his own personal use. On the other hand, his relationship with Amanda may transform him. I'm eager to know if she can do it!This series keeps getting hotter, intense, and more addiction with each page. Time for Book 4!

Reading & writing being my obsessive pastime, I spend a great deal of time reading others stories. Some stories are nice to read, some are worthy of passing on knowledge, while some can be challenging to finish but finish I will no matter how long or much I am not interested in the book. Then you come across a story that’s been very entertaining even enough to read it again before a year is up. The stories that mean the most stay with you. Maybe even noteworthy to own more than one edition in print. I love reading and find almost any topic worth reading. I love being entertained and this series from I T Lucus has done exactly that. I don’t want to put the story down. I absolutely love each and every continuation of this story. I am always a little sad at the end of a story, always wishing it would continue. Well with this series I feel spoiled. Each of the characters experiences different romances. I enjoyed the individual stories and glad that the story continues on into another book. One more book left in this series I am both saddened it is coming to an end and anxious for it to be available to read.Thank you Isabell

So, I want to give 5 stars on all her books at once but I can't so I'm doing it one by one.... it's that worth it! I won't say more than I did on the first book review because I personally hate spoilers... So you'll just have to read these books to find out more! Ya won't regret it, I promise! There are topics for everyone, seriously. But I also get hooked on the sex...oh my, and lots of it... Love this series! I'm addicted....and currently going through withdrawals because we have to wait for the next one to come out in August!
