Tilcare Chew Chew Pencil Chew Sensory Necklace

I really like this product. I have Aspergers, and I stress quite easily and clench my teeth pretty bad when I do. (So bad I've had to get a mouth guard for it because of the building of muscle on the top of my jaw.) I saw this when looking at stimming products, and thought about giving it a try. I figured 'I clench my teeth too much. Why not get something like this?' This style was quite nice. I liked it as it can look almost like your cosplaying or something. It doesn't look obviously like it is if you are looking for subtlety, but if you're not too worried about that, they have a variety of cool colors and shapes. It's got nice, bright colors. Quite flexible. The cord is quite long, so no worries about it fitting too small. It's nice and durable. I've already left quite the teeth marks in the first one, but that's how bad I clench when I'm stressed. It's flexible like I stated, so it's nice to bend if you don't want to chew or really need something to fidget with. (I bend it quickly when I want to fidget but I'm feeling a little too self-conscious about chewing in front of people.) All in all, a product that I figured that was probably me being silly and reaching turned into something that I'm really glad I bought. It's not a miracle worker, but it's definitely been great in working out the stress and tension I have built up in me. **update** So, apparently, I found a weak spot in it and broke one of the necklaces. I.e. I have very sharp canines and pierced through the rubber now. Best to not chew in the exact same spot for ages lest you, um, break your necklace. Otherwise, still good! It's good that it comes in threes.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with this set! I purchased these necklaces for myself as a stim toy to replace other harmful chewing I struggle with (I’m 38 years old). In addition to not showing any damage despite repeated, intense usage, it’s helping me cut down on inner-cheek, lip, and nail biting. The silicone itself has a really lovely sort of “give” to it, but it doesn’t retain any bite or teeth marks that I can see. The clasps work well- they do break away, but not so easily as to be a problem. The texture of the clasp and fabric of the necklace isn’t problematic, either- no rough edges or materials here at all. The actual pendant has just enough weight to it to be pleasant but not overwhelming. And it certainly helps that the colors are exactly what I was expecting! They matched the pictures perfectly. Seriously thank you guys for making such a high quality product, these are wonderful and I can’t wait to purchase others! Y’all are life (and lip!) savers!

I got these necklaces for my 10-year-old son, who’s very fidgety and constantly bites on the strings of his hoodie or jacket, leaving them soaked. He used to chew on anything he could get his hands on, and while he was a bit disappointed when he first received these necklaces, they've turned out to be really helpful. They help soothe and comfort him, which has made a big difference in managing his fidgeting habits. The only downside is that the design is a bit too big and noticeable for school, and I’m concerned his friends might make fun of him. So for now, these necklaces are strictly a "home" item. I really wish the company would come up with more discreet options for kids who face similar challenges—something that could easily blend in without drawing attention.

I ordered these and, chewing the first one, it tore apart. I threw this out immediately as I didn't wanna accidentally swallow anything. I still have the other two though I'd like to know if there's a way I can be put in contact with someone from the company

It helps keep your mouth occupied if you recently stopped vaping. Good texture for rolling in the hands and a good way to cope with anxiety as well. Good value for money, easy to clean, thick and sturdy.

My little girl is teething and this set of blue and green necklaces are so handy! Of course, she never gets to use them without me being right there and me wearing them. The material is tough enough that she can really bite on them and ease the pain she's feeling as she teethes. They're a great shape because she can vary whether she wants to bite them with the back of her gums or closer to the front. I really am happy with this set! I had purchased a different set of colors from this seller previously and the chew piece was short and stubby. Totally useless for what I needed so I sent them back. This blue and teal set were much longer and work perfectly for what I needed!

This is perfect for my son! He has oral fixation and was chewing on everything from shirts, blankets, to our sleeves and book pages during story time. At 5 he was asking for a pacifier again. He has a lot of stress due to things out of his control, but once he got his necklace he instantly fixated on it! In general, it has helped curb his chewing. They are quick to clean, with just soap and a quick pay dry, and the variety pack option let's him feel more like he is accessorizing and not carrying a coping mechanism! My daughter and her friend (6 & 8) both asked for one too, just because they like the style and colors!

Even as an autistic adult, I need something to chew on. These are great. Medium-hard biter here and they haven't broken or anything.
