Powerfly Unisex's Fitness Vest for Weight Loss Running Training Gym-Black, 15 kg

I have been training with my own body weight for a while now and found that it was getting too easy and my muscles never felt worked. I purchased this weight vest and WOW I could only manage reps of 6 chin ups and my arms were feeling it the next few days! The vest is seriously heavy, I was going to get the 10KG but went for 15 as you can remove weight and it's heavier than I had imagined.The only thing I would say is for running the vest does shift around a bit and the weight packs rub against the ribs, however at 15KG this is really only meant to be used for a 2-3 mile run I would imagine. Walking is great, I often strap it on whilst taking the dog out and in that situation it is comfortable and does not move or hurt.Totally recommended.

Its fine, product is well made and its easy enough to put on and off. The reason for not giving it four stars or more is that for me I found that its a bit "short" on the front side (am 6ft) so although comfortable to wear did feel like it was riding up a bit, but OK if walking etc. Nothing wrong with the product though and was at a fair price

Having looked at a number of weighted vests with comments about limiting range of motion and poor fit I opted for the Powerfly adjustable weight vest. This vest is easy to put on, comfortable to wear, fits as snug as you want it and does not shift around while exercising; though i have not used it running. I would recommend this vest for anyone wanting added weight for circuit training and body weight exercises.

As the other reviews say the chemical smell is there and it does stick to you clothes. But it's not that overwhelming and the smell will come off after a good cleaning.

Great vest and really solid compared to others I've used - fits snuggly and doesn't bounce up and down when strapped on. We will see how well it does when being used several times a week for several months!
