My Friend Robot (Barefoot Singalongs) Paperback – Picture Book, September 1, 2017

This book is super catchy and kids love the rhythm of the words. The STEM ideas are simple to understand and motivate kids to try their own hand at making pulleys. The only the thing I’d change is the line that’s says don’t cry to it’s okay to cry thereby validating the character’s feelings instead of dismissing and trying to change them.

My son absolutely loves this book! Robots and tools are some of his favorite things. The repetition makes it easy for hi. To sit down and “read” on his own. We love this one!

A wonderfully fun book that follows a group of kids making a treehouse with the help of Robot, an enchanting story. One that includes compassion for animals. Love the song as well. Just wait for it, you might be humming it to cheer your day on. A wonderful book on its own or with the song. It’s been read and reread/and sung over and over. Love it!

I love Barefoot books and this song seems llike a nice one. I purchased it to use as part of my class. I like that Amazon deliverd the book within a day after I order it. However, I am very disappointed that it did not come with a cd. The cover states that it does have one. When I purchased the book it , that was my assumption.
