OMG, this gadget REALLY WORKS!!!
I originally bought one of those ear wax removal tool with a camera. It's great to scrap wax towards the front, but i don't dare go any deeper. With the camera, i could see i have big, dark, hard looking wax towards the back in both ears. I went and bought this device after reading numerous reviews. I received it today and started using it. I couldn't believe it...first it was so simple to use, and second it really works! I squeezed the handle just like everyone said. Next thng i know, i see dark wax coming out of my ear. I don't want to post a pic cuz it's grossed to see other folk's pics, so i am not going to show mine. It's incredible!!! I could hear SO MUCH better now!! I am estatic! I will use it on my elderly Mom tomorrow. Totally worth getting this! 3/07/2022 Update: LOL!!! I tried it on my 90 year old Mom. At first, she was scared because I was doing it, therefore, I had her do it herself! It was so simple! She felt more relaxed because she was in control of the water pressure and before you know it, ear wax was coming out of her ear and now she can hear so much better! NOTE: I recommend mixing water and hydrogen peroxide which will loosen the ear wax faster. Make sure the water is WARM...not cold or hot.

Cheap, effective, safe, and easy to use
Value for money: This product is cheaper than going to an urgent care, where they would use the same exact product. It is perfectly safe as long as you dont have any pre existing ear conditions or an infection. Ease of use: Product is very simple to use. All you have to do is mix 2 tsp of white vinegar with very warm but not hot water. If water is cold or hot your equilibrium will be thrown off, and you may become dizzy. Then attach the tip to the hose. You may need to trim the tip. You may want to buy an ear basin. I bought an ear basin and ended up not using it, opting for just leaning over the sink. Personally, my ear that had a large plug of wax took about 1/2 to 3/4 of the solution for it to become unclogged. Using a wax softener may be helpful Comfort: You shouldn’t feel any pain when inserting the tip. If you have size-able wax build up there will be a lot of pressure until the wax releases causing some discomfort. I irrigated my own ear, in order to maintain safe control over the product. It is highly possible that you experience irritation from the flow of water. My right ear was so clogged that i regained a lot of hearing. I believe this increased audio input which resulted in a mild headache Summary: Overall i would highly recommend this product. Maybe not completely worth the money for one use. It comes with 5 tips though, which means you can get 5 uses out of it. Completely worth the cost considering product can be used practically endlessly as long as you keep buying replaceable tips

WOW, Impressed! (I couldn't hear you, now I can!)
I CAN'T HEAR YOU How FRUSTRATING it had been living for a week without the ability to hear much from one ear… aargh! It was clogged the day after stand up paddle boarding in the picturesque Newport Beach, California, harbor, and it felt like having been underwater with a ringing bell inside the head. Five days of Debrox Ear Wax removal and Debrox Swimmer’s Ear drops did nothing but contribute to continued irritation and a small amount of worry that something might have been wrong. Did I have impacted earwax, water stuck in the canal, an ear infection, or worse? If clogging continued for four (4) days, the recommendation was to see a doctor, but amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to avoid public places whenever possible in order to keep at-risk, 70-year-old mother-in-law and infant daughter safe. The aftermath of hearing loss also negatively affected my physical balance, patience, and quality of life, and countless times, my wife and children were told that I could not hear them. I still clearly remember my son’s disappointed face when he was told he had to play by himself because I was too aggravated to concentrate on listening. As I am writing this review, my full hearing had been restored in an instant with a combination of tools that flushed out impacted earwax. I could not have been happier than to share the experience in hopes of helping others, or to inform those wondering what may be the best way of keeping wax at bay. Hint: cotton swabs are not it! First, we will go over what earwax is for, how it builds up, and how it can be removed. Finally, I will share how my ear was finally cleared from IMPACTED EARWAX after five days of trying various remedies. ******************** MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: This review is for informational purposes only. I am not a doctor, and you should seek a qualified, medical professional for advice, diagnosis, or treatment. ******************** EARWAX PURPOSE Ear wax, an oily, waterproof barrier, is naturally produced by the body to trap and keep out bacteria, fungi, dirt, and other contaminants from reaching the highly sensitive, easily-damaged ear drums. It also keeps water from irritating the ear canal skin. According to the Otolaryngologist I saw two years ago, wax is automatically expelled by the ear like a conveyor belt, and in normal circumstances, you do not have to do any regular cleaning. BUILDUP CAUSES There are many reasons for earwax to build up, and even if most of the canal is blocked, it does not lead to noticeable hearing loss. What does contribute to blockage is the use of cotton swabs and other objects that likely push wax in deeper into the canal. In my case, the left ear produces wax so fast, its waste management facility has difficulty keeping up with removal. Furthermore, I did sometimes use cotton swabs (despite every physician’s warning) to remove some wax and relieve an itching ear canal. The use of in-ear headphones and earbuds, such as Apple AirPods, can contribute to infection, push wax deeper into the canal, and prevent natural wax removal. Cotton swabs should NOT be used to clean earwax. They push wax deeper into the ear canal, making impacted wax removal difficult and potentially dangerous. See Healthy Hearing. REMEDIES According to KidsHealth, if a child has earwax buildup or a blockage, it’s best to see a pediatrician. Do NOT try to remove wax yourself even with the remedies that helped clear my latest blockage. You would risk permanently damaging your child’s hearing! Regular, warm showers or baths should be enough for earwax to naturally be removed. EARWAX SOFTENING - Hydrogen peroxide - Baby oil - Debrox Ear Wax Removal One should be aware that once wax has been softened, it should immediately be flushed out with a bulb syringe (filled with WARM — not hot or cold — water) to keep it from re-solidifying and settling into a worse state. Using cold water can cause severe vertigo and vomit. EAR IRRIGATION According to several, medical sites, irrigation should NOT be attempted if you have an ear injury, hole in the ear drum, or had a medical procedure done on the ear. Consult your doctor first! - Bulb syringe - Earwax irrigation removal kit Rinse the ear with WARM water. Using too hot or too cold water can cause dizziness, vertigo, and vomitting. DOCTOR'S HELP An ENT doctor can help irrigate, vacuum, or scrape out excess wax. In fact, my Otolaryngologist suggested that like annual health checkups or dental cleanings, I should consider coming in for ear cleaning once a year. Thank you, but I would not go there and pay $60 per visit if effective remedies were available. GOT BLOCKAGE AGAIN Two years after the Otolaryngologist vacuumed a massive amount of wax out of my left ear, I once again had blockage five days ago. It had occurred a couple times before and would clear on its own a few days later, but not this time. Unlike the last times where I could still hear, I would have VERY reduced hearing this time around. Hydrogen peroxide, warm showers, warm syringe irrigation, and Debrox Ear Wax Removal did nothing but to add to the frustration. With the COVID-19 pandemic high for our County, seeing a doctor would be my absolute, last resort. So, I set out to inspect the ear myself when I came across an irrigation product that finally resolved my problem. OTOSCOPE Out of curiosity, I purchased a wireless, battery-operated Oxbird Otoscope to see what was happening inside both ears. It involved carefully navigating the ear canal while viewing the live video feed on a smartphone app (both Android and Apple iOS are supported). I had not been this nervous in a LONG time… a small mistake could permanently damage my hearing! - Unaffected RIGHT ear was looked at first to see how far I could insert the otoscope before it got too close to the ear drum. It was pretty gross of a view! - Clogged LEFT ear was inspected with the LED-lit camera until it was greeted by a wall of alien-looking goo from a horror movie The entire time, I had both elbows on the table and was extremely nervous about making any mistake or getting too close to the ear drum with the otoscope. I had no idea what to expect while going into the ear canals! Remember, just a slight touch of the ear drum could rupture it. EAR IRRIGATION Now that I had finally confirmed that the left ear was indeed impacted by earwax again, I attempted to carefully scrape a bit off with the Oxbird Otoscope. That was VERY nerve-wrecking! I eventually stopped because I was not sure how close to the ear drum I was and took a look at the other product that sounded promising: Doctor Easy’s Elephant Ear Washer. The premise of the Ear Washer was simple: fill it up with very warm water and pump to irrigate. The first test pumps were gently and carefully done, and some wax washed out into the Jiesi Ear Wash Basin. Then I pumped more vigorously and suddenly, a large piece of wax was dislodged to the bottom of the basin. My mind was BLOWN. Holy smokes! For giggles, I irrigated the good ear and was surprised to see a fairly large piece wash out too. It was smaller than the other ear’s, however. I was sold and may have finally found a product that can aid with the regular removal of excess wax buildup without having to see an ENT specialist at a cost of $60 per visit. FINALLY A SOLUTION I was ecstatic and enthusiastically told my wife that I could hear again! She gave a small smile, gave a congratulatory look with her eyes, and went back to what she was working on. Well, my readers, I hope that you can share in the celebration if this review had helped you with your earwax build up or blockage. To recap, here is what I had tried for the past week: - Debrox Ear Wax Removal to loosen the wax twice daily, though it appeared ineffective for the blocked ear - Hot showers with a bulb syringe spraying warm water into the ear - Oxbird Otoscope to view the ear canals with its companion video app - Doctor Easy’s Elephant Ear Washer to send a jet stream of very warm water into the ear canals to flush out a mine field of wax, including the mother of them all: impacted wax nearly the size of half a nickel - Ear Wash Basin to catch anything coming out of the ear during irrigation Remember that children under 12 years of age should not be using the Doctor Easy washer and should consult the pediatrician instead. You should also seek medical advice from a qualified professional before attempting anything I had described here. This review simply describes my experience and what worked and did not work for me.

Nice powerful reasonable price.
This is a great product has plenty of pressure and the little adapter things or tubes or whatever they are and go down far enough into your ear that if you're squirting bad it really breaks up the ear wax and flushes it out which is really nice feeling to have your ears be free of obstruction I have significant wax buildup at times and this takes care of it every time.

Just buy it, you can thank me later worth every cent.
Huh? What? Huh? What? Are you tired of hearing that? I sure as heck did as my 11yo child kept asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times a day. We thought he was testing us. Well, last week the 11tr old went in for a regular check up. Lo and bold: the Dr. could not get in there and see anything as my son’s ears were full of wax. We came home and did debrox for 2-3 days in each ear to loosen and soften the wax. And then it was time; time for me to step up and clean out these ears using the elephant ear system. I filled the bottle in thirds: 1/3 lukewarm water, another 1/3 with room temp hydrogen peroxide, and rubbing alcohol for the last 1/3. I did not measure. When you do to start squeezing the sprayer, You do need to prime it a few times. I did this into the basin so that my son would not feel air blown into his ear. Once the solution was spraying, I put the very flexible tube into his ear, nor far at first. Two squeezes and wax was flowing. I did this a few times and then started to place the flexible tip into his ear at different angles to make sure we got most of it. I thought we were finished with my sons ear as he said “I can hear!” I said let’s do one more squeeze to make sure. I’m so glad I did the one more squeeze, as more came out. Since this happened everyone has had their ears cleaned. I think there are some key factors as to why it worked for us: 1. We used slightly warm water and hydrogen peroxide to soften the wax and I believe the alcohol helps prevent swimmers ear. 2 we prepped each ear for 2-3 days by using debrox. 3. I changed the angle of the plastic tubing in the ear while squirting, so that the different angles would dislodge more gunk This has saved me money by not having to see the dr. It’s also one last place we moms have to taxi to for the week. Buy it, don’t give up too soon; IT WORKS!

Pricey, but worth it
I've tried dozens of products to clean out my problematic ear wax. This product works very, very well. I simply use it every time I take a shower, giving each ear about twenty squirts. It's kind of pricey for a glorified spray bottle and replacement tips are pricey, too.....currently $16.53 for a pack of 20. BUT, to me it's worth it.

Didn't work for us
Seems this is similar to what the doc uses but it didn't work for us. Maybe need to use more frequently or we have heavier build up-- but didn't dislodge anything. Difficult to heat up the water while maintaining the sterility of the water--required to ensure cold water doesn't cause problems. PITA
