This massager feels heavy at first but it is effective at getting to the knots in neck and back muscles. The heat option is also helpful. I have a stiff neck but use of this made it easier for me to turn my head. At Black Friday price I am very happy with it.

Been using this practically every day for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues so far with it. I chose this one over others because it looked well made, and it is. Took a while to get used to it like any new products, but it's very simple to use. The handles gives extra support and you are able to position it where you want. I find the convenience of using it when I want, encourages me to use it. I also took out 2 year warranty for approximately £3 which gives me peace of mind.Definitely recommend, if like me, you suffer from neck and shoulder pain.

this has saved me many times! ive had since the beginning of december 2024, its now 2nd of feb 2025 and although it aint been long, it still works perfectly. the massage works great, you’ve just got to position yourself in the way you want to get it perfectly. which can be a bit hard sometimes but its worth the effort! i’ve even massaged my lower back with this and its helped lol. the massager is a tad heavy but it helps with the positioning if im gonna be honest. you can pull the straps easily.the heat setting works nicely. i always have it on when i use it, its great.all in all, i would 100% recommend this massager. good value for money.

Really good device

I bought these for my mother and my father for Christmas. I tested them before given their presents and I found them to be very strong. I’m a muscular guy and it was almost painful yet after a while it does feel nice to a degree, but I know for older people it would be too strong. I asked my mother to try it before she accepted the gift. She agreed it was too strong and almost painful my dad said the same it’s almost like you have a super muscular man strangling you around your neck.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this massager is, especially for the cost. It feels as though you are being massaged by a person not a machine. Deep massage & I also like the heat function. Very easy to use and comfortable to sit with.

This item has caused much more pain than it has solved. The knobs are simply to rough and hard. My husband is a very strong, athletic man. He has used machines like this before with no problem at all. He used this for 10 minutes and caused damage to his shoulder muscle. It has taken 4 to 5 weeks to completely get over it. He has been in extreme pain and the doctor said it is not uncommon with these machines. Please be very careful how you use this. Especially near the neck....
