Highly recommended!
I have sensitive skin and have tried many different brands, even the product for sensitive skin was not suitable for my skin and caused burning, redness and itching. Some products for sensitive skin were too weak, my skin was not damaged but they could not remove hair. This is the only cream that is powerful for hair removal and completely skin-friendly. This product did not damage my skin even when I left it on for longer than the recommended time or after using it I took a hot shower and used a cleanser. One of the great benefits of the cream is the nice smell and cool feeling on the skin.

A discovery I truly loved
I tried this product out of curiosity and ended up loving it. I used it on my bikini line and legs, and I didn’t experience any itching or burning—which always happened to me with other methods or creams. It has a light, non-overpowering scent and feels really gentle on the skin. After about 10 minutes, I wiped it off easily, and the best part was how soft my skin felt afterward. It even felt a bit moisturizing, probably thanks to the aloe vera and vitamin E. I love how practical, quick, and hassle-free it is. Plus, my partner can use it too, so it’s super convenient to have just one product for both of us. I honestly feel like I finally found a solution that doesn’t irritate my skin or cause ingrown hairs. Definitely buying it again!

Dudes - for your junk!
For my fellow dudes that are looking for something to tame their private areas, I have had good luck with this. I traditionally have had sensitive skin, and I have done well with this. Trimming will only get you so far, and shaving your nuts, etc. is daunting and difficult and short-lived. I have used Nair, etc. in the past, but tried this and it really works well. I’m not ridiculously hairy, but can certainly get an out of control jungle if I don’t groom things. My routine is typically to trim down to a 3.5mm - 4mm setting. Then, I apply this creme with the scoop where I want things to be bare. For me, I do my sack, base of my shaft, and down between the cheeks. Yes, even around the back door. Getting the hair out of your crack/cheeks is a nice difference. I do my application while sitting on the toilet, and that keeps from making a mess. I set my phone timer for 10-11 minutes, then I jump in the shower (use warm water, not hot). Using a wash cloth, you can “pull and rub” the hair right off. Keep rinsing the wash cloth, and wiping with some pressure. Wash your hands with good soap a couple of times, then shower as normal. I use a moisturizing body wash that is coconut oil based, and that is really soothing. Coconut oil is awesome if you want to add some soothing treatment, but after a time or two, you will be good to go. The first time it might seem questionable, but my lady loves how things look and feel, and it’s great not having to deal with swamp ass. I recommend you give this a try, you’ll love it! (And so will she!). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

No burn, no scent, mostly worked
It took 2/3 a tube, and I left it on over the 10min "maximum," but it never burned, had no fragrance & it mostly worked. It had a big job, removing 6 weeks of accrued leg hair after a big surgery. My caretaking nurse applied & removed it. She found a wet washcloth more pragmatic than the included scraper. I have a little stubble here & there, but mostly my legs are pale & hairless again. I face more weeks to come wearing compression garments & a bulky drain bag covered by a dress but I am just 1 more shade LESS of an ugly idiot because this worked for me. If one needs shaving perfection, razors are the thing.

Not worth it
My bikini line is ridiculously sensitive - I can't shave or even trim down there without developing a rash. The one thing that works for me is waxing, but I had never tried a removal cream in that area and the good reviews here had me intrigued. First off, this cream has the same weird bad egg smell that all hair removal creams seem to have - just slightly more subtle. It's not as bad as some, but don't believe the lie that it's odorless. After patch testing on my arm with no negative effects, I spread this stuff pretty generously on my bikini area and waited. It didn't burn or tingle, but due to my sensitive skin I thought I shouldn't push my luck, and I tried using the accompanying spatula to scrape off the cream after 5 minutes. I quickly discovered the spatula is useless for removal, 5 minutes does nothing, and this is an oil based product so it doesn't just "rinse off"... at least not without getting on other body parts first. Good luck avoiding your more sensitive areas! After struggling to wash the first layer off, I applied a new layer. 5 minutes later, I washed that off too. To be fair, the second layer did remove a few hairs. However, it did so very unevenly, leaving my bikini area looking much like a high school boy's first attempt at a beard (patchy, scraggly and largely accidental). Once I dried off, I realized two things. 1, I was already irritated and itchy in one spot despite using the cream very conservatively. 2. The remaining hairs are now incredibly dry and brittle, yet somehow still firmly rooted... I'm sure if I left the cream on long enough, the hair would have succumbed. Starting with dry skin/hair instead of applying in the shower may also be helpful. But I think my skin might not have fared well at all after more than 5 minutes - and frankly, I'm so itchy currently that I may not give it another try. I wanted to be a fan, but I don't think this one is worth it for me.

Works well but....
Works well, but it did irritate my skin. Two parts of my body would burn whenever I touched them. Not great for sensitive skin. I followed the instructions clearly, and I thoroughly cleaned everything.

The smell is expectedly a little funky as most hair removal creams are, but not as bad as most. I leave it on for 15 minutes rather than the recommended 10 as my hair is a little thicker, it works well.

Strong and effective product but stings and can cause redness if left on skin for more than 10 mins or if you ever use tissue paper to scrape off the hair instead of the given scraper. What I do is time myself after applying the product for 8 mins and it works just fine.

harsh around the lip and chin area but otherwise good

The advertising is what drew me to it. The container was easy to use..not bulky or messy. The odur at first wasn't as smelly as Nair etc but then I picked up the activating smell. I was really surprised at how fast it worked..my underarm hair was gone..nice..no shaving or pulling..yeah but my legs were burning. I'll blame that on my legs over reacting.. there was pain/burning under my stomach (an area where I had surgery years ago) and a red line showed up but I've had that happen with another product as well..it would have helped to have had a finishing cream to cool it down. I was pleased with how fast it worked, the smell not being as overpowering as others (there's always a but isn't there) the hair showed up again in no time.

I bought this, especially for bikini line hair removal. When I apply this, it was mild. So I could use the private area for 10 min. When I used it on my arm, start to sting after 4min. So I washed off at 5 min. Legs are okay for 5 to 10 min.
