My tendons around my knee flared up and this purchase was perfect! Just a few seconds in the microwave (40-45) and it held the heat for about 20 minutes. Love that I can attach it around my knee so I don't have to be stationary. Best money I've spent this year!

Serves its purpose. Curves around the knee for comfort. The velcro is not the best but it's not made to last forever.

This product should not freeze this way, the gel should be flexible so it can wrap around your ankle.

I have had the Wrap for 2 weeks (received it November 22) and have used it every night. The Wrap does stay cold for about 20 minutes. It is a little difficult to wrap around the Ankle and keep it secure, as there is nothing for the velcro strap to hook through (like a Hook & Loop), so it tends to slide off the ice wrap. I did get it to work, but it takes some doing. And the Ice Wrap is 'leaking' the little blue gels balls, which does not make for a good quality product. I thought initially it was just one or two balls, but the it became one or two a night and then last night there were six (6) of them. I like the concept of an Ankle Wrap, but with the continued 'leakage', I am going to Return it.
