Love this honey but very pricey
I love manuka honey but it is too expensive. Will have to get some when there is special sales.

Great product when under the weather!
Fantastic stuff! I know, it's insanely expensive to get the higher UMF and MGO ratings, but this stuff is fantastic if you feel a cold or flu coming on. Just take a spoonful in the morning and evening and it (in my opinion) lessens the severity and duration of these illnesses. Quite a helpful tool for the toolkit when feeling ill.The taste and texture are great, and the packaging of both the screw top and the easy pour bottles are both very nice and usable. I don't have any complaints other than the premium price, but I definitely understand why it's this way after doing some research on how this is acquired.

Makes hair and skin soft
It's too early to tell if there are benefits from consumption. The honey is almost like a cream texture instead of a jelly like with regular honey. It's also not as sweet. I wouldn't say it's bitter, but it reminds me of when I would visit my grandparents in South Carolina as a child and we would pick flowers from Magnolia trees and suck on them. It has that kind of taste. Kind of tart with a hint of sweetness. It's obviously not overly sweet since no other sugar has been added.I did try it in two things. A deep hair conditioning mask and face mask. You don't need a lot. Maybe a tiny teaspoon. Not like a regular teaspoon, but those little spoons you that you serve with small teacups and saucers. A sample size spoon if you will. I added them to both mixes and my skin and hair have never felt so soft.I like that it comes in a squeeze bottle. No need to dip a spoon inside the container and spill on the way out or containment the product if your spoon wasn't clean. It's a decent size that will last some time if you aren't just putting it on your toast for breakfast.I would avoid this if you are just looking for something to sweeten your tea. Buy regular honey for that. Also, watch some videos on how they make this. It's fascinating and helps understand why the cost is so high. The Manuka flower has a limited bloom time and these farmers fly their hives by helicopter to the mountains where the flower blooms so they are sure that the Manuka flower is the only flower they are consuming. I'll report back in 30 or 60 days to see if there have been any internal changes.

Diff batch
So the numbers on the front of ghis is higher than the smaller container, not sure why, but this batch was lighter and tasted less like the rich manuka and more honey like. Still, nice quality and they do their testing.
