Smart Fit Me Women's Slimming Half Slip for Under Dresses

This will not hold you in tightly... it will simply smooth you out under your dresses/ skirts. Dont think of this as a tummy hider or a butt lifter or a thigh sucker lol. I wear this under shift dresses or looser dresses. If you have "problem" areas and you want something that will tighten you up and truly hide your concerns... this is not it.

I love it ! Just to clarify, I wasn't buying it for shapewear but it work out for that! It's a thick enough fabric to help shape the body but maybe not for heavier set women. I'm a size 7 in pants and a small in dresses and I ordered the small. I mostly needed it to wear under dresses that were see through or thin to wear you can see my underwear line. I posted pictures of my before, during, and after putting on the garment. No underwear visible !!! My dress is white and the garment I ordered in khaki.

It's okay.Pro: It does it's job as a slip to make sure nothing is see through. Comfortable and breathable; it was 105 degrees when I wore it and I was not sweating in it.Con: it keeps riding up. I wore it underneath a dress for a wedding last night and I had to keep reaching under to pull it down. I will look into investing in one that has the sticky/silicon lining that helps grip it to the body.

soooo happy with my purchase! I bought a skirt that showed my underwear no matter what I did. I almost thought I was going to have to go commando until I purchased this half slip. total success! I didn't purchase this slip for slimming purposes , it was strictly so I could freaking not flash the whole world with my underwear. and it was a success.

The product was perfect. I bought it specifically to use under a thin dress I was wearing to a friend's wedding. The dress had a very low back and spaghetti straps so this was the only slip option that would work. I was a little worried about it riding up or catching on the dress material as other reviews stated but I didn't have any real problems with either thing happening. I did have to pull it down a few times over the course of the day but nothing unreasonable considering I was moving and dancing a lot. And the dress I wore was very thin but the slip was very discreet and not noticeable unless a particularly strong gust of wind was blowing it straight against the slip. However, I would not say that this has any slimming properties to it. It is not a structured enough fabric to be a garment that "holds you in", but that was not the purpose of purchase for me. Very pleased with this purchase, well worth the cost and a quality product!

Does not shape the belly at all. Fabric is too elastic.

A little thinner than expected, but does a comfortable job of smoothing things much like control top hosiery, but more comfortable.

The slip did not have any slimming effect for me. I expected it to have some form of spanx-like control: I was wrong and disappointed. However, it did smooth things out a little under the dress I purchased it for. I tried it with a thinner skirt that I already had: no such luck. I decided to keep it just because I'll be wearing the dress soon (hopefully), and I do not want to search and wait for another slip. It's an ok product, but I feel like I could have purchased something similar at Wal-mart for less.
