I recently purchased the Rotai A37 Massage Chair, and it has been an absolute game-changer for relaxation and pain relief. What I Love: Intuitive Controls – The remote is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to customize every session to my preferences. Versatile Massage Options – With multiple auto-programs and adjustable intensity levels, this chair caters to my every need. Comfort & Build Quality – The materials feel premium, and the reclining features make it perfect for unwinding after a long day. One Consideration for Taller Users: At 5’11”, I’m right at the height limit for optimal comfort. While the chair still works well for me, anyone taller might find it slightly restrictive. If you’re around my height or shorter, you’ll have no issues—but I’d consider this the maximum for a truly comfortable fit. The Only Flaws: The controller buttons aren’t illuminated, which makes it tricky to adjust settings in low light. It’s a small inconvenience, but it would’ve been nice to have backlit controls for late-night relaxation sessions. If you are nice and comfy in a reclined position and want to stop the massage programme running, make sure you press the pause button on the controller as pressing either of the power buttons will return you to a fully upright position. Final Verdict: Despite the minor issue with the remote, the Rotai A37 delivers an outstanding massage experience with premium features. If you’re within the height range and don’t mind using a side light (or memorizing the buttons), this chair is absolutely worth the investment!

I've had this massage chair for a few weeks now, and I honestly don't know how I lived without it. From the moment I sat down, it felt like a professional masseuse had moved into my living room. The rollers hit all the right spots—especially in the lower back—and the air compression around the legs and arms is surprisingly effective. I love the variety of massage modes and intensity settings. Whether I'm winding down after work or just relaxing on the weekend, there's always a setting that fits my mood. It’s easy to use, quiet, and looks pretty sleek in my space. If you’re on the fence, just do it. It’s a worthwhile investment for your health and sanity!

Pretty good. It's good for some dedicated time away from notifications and the world. The massaging is good and hits my lower back and neck, the areas I wanted. My partner who's a bit shorter struggles to get the right areas sometimes but she still loves it and doesn't want to get out. It's reasonably basic but you can still get a lot out of it. Having tried more expensive massagers, I miss the part that lifts and moves your body around. You'll still be relaxed and feel better after a session in this. Some things I wish this had: - An option to mute the spoken confirmation each time you press a button! - A backlight on the buttons to you can see in low light. - Lifting and twisting/stretching your body. (Would cost much more) - More foot massage capability. - A bit of configurability Oh and the box it arrives in is HUGE! I also wish it came in a few parts requiring minor assembly. I had to take a door off the hinges, and the two delivery guys who got it to the top of the first flight of stairs left blood on the walls they struggled so much. At least after all the hassle you're ready to collapse and have a massage.

Great chair and great price too. We ended up having to take the arm off to get it through our door which was less than the required 750mm but the instructions to do so were great on the video and we just followed them. Very relaxing with a lot of programs to choose from. Would recommend.

I have health problems and decided that I would try this, as body always aching, trouble sleeping ect. It has a good choice of programmes, although I haven't tried them all out, so can't really say much about them. What I can say that after only two tries on it, my body doesn't ache as much, in fact it not felt this good for years. I also got decent nights sleep, so felt refreshed this morning and more alert. Some programmes I have tried so far have a good range of compression and normal massage. It has 5 choices for separate airbag and massage intensity and six roller speeds, so had a nice choice for your own experience.wish you could save settings though, you can put the rocker on while running a programme. But don't expect a constant rocking. It just adds a little now and again to go the relaxation. With the cushions provided, it makes a comfortable relaxing chair, recliner. I like the Bluetooth stereo system, no problem connecting. When I put in my warranty. I got a quick reply. It looks big, but doesn't use anymore space then my recliner massage chair(which didn't give me the relief this seems to) All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product. Edit. It is still a five star for me personally. But I should give fair warning that it might not be suitable for everybody. On the instructions it saying only suitable up to 5' 11 inches and maximum weight is 80kg, which is only around 12 stone 8 pounds. I'm within these limits. But the weight seems off to me for users, it seems sturdy enough, but now worried to let people over that try it.
