It was ok, gave me the kick start I needed although I was a lot more hungry on this one compared to the aloe Vera. Also I found it was a lot of tables to take. I lost 5lb which I was disappointed but I think I lost quite a few inches which I should have measured myself before I started it. Not sure if I would do this one again.

I suffer from ibs, and wasn’t sure if it would work. I do a lot of walking for work and that it is only time for exercise, and stuck to all the tablets every day and had porridge for breakfast, shake for lunch and small meal in evening. Day 6 i have lost 3lb and 3” around waist. I didn’t want my usual snacks in evening which is my hardest struggle. I would use this again.

Tried doing this detox after the festive period to clean my liver and really struggled. Couldn’t do the full nine days as I felt it made me ill.Only managed to do six days and that was far too long. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you you have an approval from your GP.

Tastes ok - packets of vitamins fiddly to use.

Don't know as I am keeping it for the new year.

Waste of money ... stuck to it exactly and lost 1lb ... have used other detox programmes and had good good results .. don’t waste your money

Brilliant. I’ve only been on it 3 days and lost 7lb!! (Although I had eaten a lot over Christmas and put a fair bit on) For the first 2 days though I did it more like a c9 and had a grapefruit for breakfast and a leaf salad with 100cal chicken for dinner with a shake for lunch. Day 3 I followed theirs properly as it’s same as c9. I’ve nibbled on carrots celery cucumber and mangetout and had an apple or 2 as well like you can on c9 but only if I’ve been really hungry. Presuming that’s ok
