I have had muscle knots in my neck, back and shoulders for 3 years. I've had ACDF surgery and now have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The cupping has not alleviated the knots but does help relieve some of the tightness. I'm hopeful after the TOS is corrected, the cups will alleviate the knots. The red light therapy and heat is also a plus. I do wish they offered smaller cup sizes that fit the back of your neck better. It does leave horrible bruising but that has gotten better the more I've used them. It can also be very painful at first if your knots are incredibly tight. I definitely recommend starting off on the lowest setting. I've tried a lot of things over the years but this has by far helped the most and was worth the money.

This is an amazing product - as a retired professional bodybuilder, half-marathon runner and now just an middle aged athlete finding balance, this product has come in clutch for pain relief from nagging knots. Its extremely easy to use, you just have to make sure it is fully suctioned to the skin, if not, then it can fall off. I also love the heating feature as well as the red light therapy. This is the best bang for your buck in pain relief. 10/10!

Bought for my adult son as a Christmas present. He was a track athlete and is currently a track coach and he absolutely loves it, and has used it multiple times! I would highly recommend! He tried it on me and it helped with pain and muscle tension. I did not feel the heat but it may have been the setting. Found it to be effective on the areas we used it on.

Great option for home therapy. Massage guns are good, but cupping+red light relieves pressure and alleviates the pain of tight muscles. It’s a little tough to get on your back at first, but I’ve gotten pretty good at turning it on and placing it. I’ve felt plenty of relief at setting 2, but have gone up on larger muscle areas

Too strong

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
