Color Mask Paint Semi-Permanent Magenta Hair Color Cream – Color Mask Paint (Purple Rain)

I ordered blue, red and yellow in May and life became to busy to dye my sons hair. I am a mom not a hair stylist at alllllll. Skip to December and today we decided to use it. My son has coarse, curly grown out bleached hair. Most of the reviews say this stuff is junk or just does not have bold pigment so we went into this with no expectations. I seconded and used a hair paint brush. I also used tin foil and wrapped each section. It stayed on for 45 minutes and then I rinsed his hair in cool water. Holy tacos!!!!! How cool is this?!!! All we kept saying is “the reviews are wrong!!!” This stuff rocks!”

First photo is of a test strand, second is after application. Nails are painted yellow, not stained by product (I used gloves, not included). I really didn’t expect it to show up much after trying other semi permanent colors in the past. Was very surprised. Left product on test strip for 20 minutes, waited half an hour before rinsing for whole application.

My daughter has super blonde hair, but her under hair is darker blond. Her hair goes just to her shoulder blades. I used the entire tube and left it on for about 20 minutes. Only the hair that is really blonde dyed. The rest of her hair did not change color.

Worked well on my blonde sons hair and stayed in quite awhile. Didn't get on his pillows or clothes though I did have him dry his hair before bed

If you have a lot of hair get 2 tubes.

I have ombred hair and I was hoping this product would dye the lightened part of my hair. It didn’t do anything at all, and I tried it a few times. I have pretty dark natural hair but I expected some color variation on the blonde pieces

I love this hair color! It's not permanent and it washed out in about 10 washes. I've always wanted my hair this color SO I bought this to try it out to see if I like it, before I go permanent. I love that its cruelty free and not tested on Animal. Will recommend to friends.
