Super Large Bonnet
I purchased this to protect my pillow because I have begun a regime of oiling my head before going to bed. I even asked the community if the oil would go through the bonnet. The only person answering my question said, "No." Obviously, that person was hypothesizing No, rather than knowing for herself. The oil does go through the fabric. Also, the bonnet is super large. there is a ribbon attached that allows you to make the bonnet about 2 inches smaller, but even with that it it still too large. I wear a size 7 hat, pretty average for a woman, and my head swims in this bonnet. I should have just made one myself instead of purchasing.

I wanted a hair covering to sleep in to keep my hair from going every which way while sleeping. This is smooth and silky but wasn't meant to hold hair in place. So, perhaps, the 2-star rating is not fair. The elastic is a bit tight for me and there is no way to adjust that.

I like growing my hair out now that I'm retired. However, I hate sleeping on my hair and putting it up bothers me about midway through the night. These nightcaps really do the job.

It is soft
I use this product because I lost all my hair from chemo side effects. Even though it was a little tight around my head (the elastic), I pulled out some of the gathering and it is fine. It is soft around my head since I don't have any hair.
