It truly calmed during anxiety. To take the edge off you can take one but two makes you feel calm without drowsiness. You can continue to go about your day without any stress and with a clear head. It truly calms you down. I wish I found this sooner. I am looking to buy these in bulk.

I used to be on anxiety meds and didn’t like the side effects also smoke a lot of bud to level out with high stavias still wanted something non habitable. This works perfect for me and sometimes feels instant.

Works great to lightly ease stress and anxiety. I have used this for about a decade and have never had to increase dosing beyond 2 every 8 hours or so. The ingredients are very medication friendly but plz do some research on your own to be sure. The tabs dont do too much for sleep other than muffle the mind a bit but they do help for that. I had to take a star off as the price of these has gotten really high. When 30 days of mild prescription anxiety/stress meds are cheaper than this its sad.

I have an Alzhiemer husband, these are wonderful for ME. Just that little touch of calm to help me deal, without all the drugs, etc.

I use take several of these before I go to the dentist and also before I fly. I have phobia's of both of these places and these Calm Tablets have done wonders for my nerves.. Thank you for great product.. I have used many products of Hyland's and have never been disappointed.

I first would like to point out that I have tried lot of different items to help with stress/anxiety; main one being ashwaganda (bought like 6 different types lol). I came across this item and was relatively cheap compared to the other items so I decide to give it a shot. To my surprise, this actually worked fairly well. Everyone will experience different effects from this, however at this price point, I think it is worth a shot. I typically take 2 in the morning (they are disolveable tablets) and it helps me throughout the work day.

Dont feel any difference, cant take a few in a row, no effect still anxious and nervous

Product is basically tissue salts. Very expensive for the small quantity supplied and tablet strength is half that offered by others
