Awesome red light therapy mat. So versatile for any part of the body. Only wish it was about 6 inches wider, it the length is perfect! And the price point is good too for this size of mat. Helps with my aches, paibs and prior injuries. And it warms nicely (not hot) which is an added bonus.

I love this red light pad. I use it morning and night on my shoulders and knees. I start and end my day with this pad wrapping up for about 30 minutes each area. The relief is measurable and appreciated. I would not call it a cure but in the end, I am looking for relief and it delivers that! This pad has help up nicely, using it daily. Lights are very bright, and we have had no issues so far.Purchased to use for neuropathy, and that isn't a quick relief, so will take more time to know what benefits are gained from the mat.
