The candles are hand made from start to finish so if any defects are spotted in the candle this can be rectified in the process. Take Care of Your Candle Although each candle has a burn time of 40-45 hours it is advised not to burn the candle anymore than 3 hours at a time, this will maximise the full potential of the candle. Trim the wick down after each burn to a ¼ of an inch, this will stop the flame from smoking and will give the candle a longer life, if the candle gives off a sooty smoke smell trim the candle down to eradicate the smell. Do not burn candles close to a draught space or next to a heat source as this will cause the candle to burn unevenly, also make sure you place the candle on an even surface.
