I have a small domestic cat not a Tiger,,its way too big. Should be for a dog....in fact I gave it too my neighbour for her dog

Disappointed - far too small
This collar is tiny, would fit a medium cat, definitely not a large dog.I have a golden retriever and the large doesn't stand a chance of fitting.Very disappointed no measurements on the page - so took a chance.
