I purchased this to add to my whole wheat bread recipe. Especially when making a no knead heavy wheat flour it’s good to have a blend of other flours to lighten it up a bit. This bag of blends is great. It arrived on time and without any damage

Was not allowed to say that the product's expiration date had passed when I received it, so I won't. Otherwise, it seems like a good item.

I went from Bob's whole wheat bakery flour to this because Bob's got ridiculously expensive. This flour is reasonably priced and I think covers the healthy appeal. I've really liked baking with it.

I actually haven't used it to make tortillas yet... But because it's nature's path I know it's the best.
