Not sure if the jury is still out on the idea of raspberry ketones, perhaps best left to the scientific / medical community to determine the veracity of their pro's. These capsule however do include other mineral and bio supplements which may be of interest, notably glucomannan which is a soluble fibre which get a lot of focus in the world of nutrition these days.All in all and in my opinion I think a supplement I would be happy in using regularly.

They don't have a smell or taste so they're easyThe capsules aren't too big or too small which makes them easy to swallo.But you have to take 2 before a meal - which I personally didn't do - but if you DID take them with 3 meals a day the pack would not last you long which means it's a lot of money for what you getDid I see benefits? Not really - but with anything it may take time.Are they great if you take nothing else? yeah I'd say it's quite good and the Vit C is also a nice addition.However I WAS advised that Zinc supplements without some copper can be questionalble - I AM NOT a health professional but was told this by my pharmacist so I am always a little cautious of having Zinc anywhere without approporate copper esepcially when you're told you can take 2 capsules a day up to three times a day.

Absolutely nothing felt or happened, useless.

The media could not be loaded. Didn't like synthetic vitamin -c L-ascorbic acid, seems to be quite high in zinc, but doesn't contain magnesium or copper, these 3 nutrients go hand in hand, as too much of either can deplete the absorption of others. It be best with magnesium, and copper to go with zinc. Would rather the vitamin-c come from a fruit extract.Everything else was good, want to note, there's a problem with the dosing, 2 upto 3x per day 30 min before a meal. I only have 1 meal a day, but If I was doing 6 per day, 90 capsules wouldn't be worth 20 quid. That is 90 divided by 6 then would only last 15 days, however for me this will last 45 days, I still don't think 20 quid is worth the time. 120-160 capsules more value for money there.Chromium helps to reduce my cravings to eat, and I got this to help manage my weight. Seems to be doing something, so it's pretty good so far, the glucomannan fibre helps to treat constipation, and may slow the absorption of sugar.I'll have to take a magnesium and copper supplement with this, or eat foods high in both, to accomodate the zinc which isn't just 150% from this, I get zinc from foods too, so do not want to overdose on zinc, which will then deplete my magnesium/copper levels, causing a deficiency in these minerals. This supplement I like it all in all.P.STaste's pleasant, a hint of raspberry notes, and doesn't seem to contain nasties like, magnesium stearate so that's great news, as I get headaches from magnesium stearate, aka magnesium salts of fatty acids.

At the moment I am on a cutting (fat burning) phase, and I belive these are helping me get steady results. I can't put it down to these alone as I am in a calorie deficiit and exercising regularly. However I feel they are helping in the background.You take 2 capsules up to 3 times per day with a glass of water about 30min before a meal. The tub contains 90 capsules.Also includes Vitamin C, B6, Zinc and Chromium.Easy to swallow capsules without any negative effects. I'd recommend.
