Just OK. I thought it had extra padding to make the strap that goes over your head with large headphones more comfortable so that it doesn't leave a dent in your head, but I must have read this wrong. It is like a silicone sleeve, which goes over your headphones strap to protect the headphones from when you are working out and sweating I guess? I honestly don't see what else it could possibly be used for. Not worth it to me.

Feels like memory foam, comfy on the ears. Tool made removal of old pads quick and easy. New ones snapped in perfectly. Noise canceling isn't as intense as it was originally. Happy to have decent looking headphones again.
