This product has been around for ages.There's a reason why it always works.The prices but the effects this has when used in conjunction with a good training program and a good diet are outstanding. For an all in one supplement without the complication, this is probably one of the best out there for the price.

Overall I like this mix. It’s quite gritty when mixed with either water or milk and it tastes okay. I stuck with a fairly bland vanilla flavour and it tastes a bit like raw cake mix which is… not the worst but it is quite sickly. I’d definitely recommend upping your water consumption if you’re going to use this regularly, just given its contents. If you want a quick bulk though, this is certainly the way forward. I use it only once or twice a week and mainly as a meal replacement if I don’t get a chance to eat at work. If you aren’t exercising very often, you will start stacking on weight with this so be careful!

Looked like decent stuff after using loads of different brands thought I would give it a go. 3 scoops a lot to mix very thick but tastes pleasant. After using for a week I get severe stomach cramps after consuming and stomach bloats and is in pain so had to stop using it. Shame as looks a good product but it’s not sat well with me I am afraid and is a waste of money.

I was a bit skeptical about the amount so I immediately rushed to go and get a scale to weigh it and to my surprise it was 2KG. It doesn't come as full as you would expect but the quantity is valid, they just need to change the container because it is space consuming. Product is good though, I would recommend it.
