Our brand new ice cream machine came in today! We agre excited to use it, it is so shiny and so very easy to use! Homemade ice cream is now totally do able and so much more tasty and healthy than store bought ice cream. We love this unit and recommend it to anyone! The only possible drawback is that the metal bowl freezes to the cold plate so you have to wait before you can take it out to clean. That's a minor issue and a testament to how well this machine freezes. This only affects your clean up time. Thank you.

This may be a pre-mature review but so far it works great and good value if it last a few years. I have made 3 batches and it was ready for use in 15 min. It produced firm ice cream for serving and was easy clean up and reassembling. Worth the money if it last 5 years with very little repairs or up keep we will see If it doesn't last a year i'll be back to let you know.

I tried another ice-cream/yogurt maker and this one is the best.Very easy to make yogurt. Just add milk, one tbl spoon of plain yogurt, put on mixing mode for 5 minutes, then press yogurt mode. 12hrs later you get a great yogurt. Just place the yogurt in a strainer, to get water out, leave it in until you get the consistency you like. Then, enjoy!!!!Ice- cream: run the ice mode for 10 minutes, (so the cream doesn't start turning into butter), then add your cream and flavoring, press ice- cream function and wait until it beeps.The maker keep the ice- cream and yogurt refrigerated, so you can make the yogurt overnight and it still cool. The ice- cream stays also cool until you're ready to serve.

This doesn't work properly and missing some pieces. And they only give a return period of 1 month. 800+ usd went in wasteAnd there's nothing positive they can say about it. Complete rubbish

We love this ice cream machine. So far we've made vanilla, coffee and strawberry ice cream. It's good right out of the machine like soft serve or you can put the cream in the freezer if you like it more frozen. It's so easy to use. Just put the ingredients in, make your selection and start it.

The media could not be loaded. This ice cream maker is amazing! I make homemade icecream all the time for my family. I make sugar free icecream for me, and oh boy, does it churn and come out creamy!! I previously had an icecream maker where you have to freeze the bucket for 24 hours and I didn't like that one. With this one, you can churn one flavor and put it in an icecream container, the ones I used I purchased here on Amazon, and then you can immediately pour your next icecream mixture flavor in and churn again. No waiting to refreeze the bucket. I have definitely paid for my icecream maker by not buying the expensive icecream from the store. Also, knowing exactly what you put into your icecream is important. No additives or preservatives - just what you decide to put in. I recommend buying this ice cream maker. It will not disappoint! Find recipes online or use your favorite family recipes and churn away!
