Kings of the Road!
I loved the big Scanias when I was a schoolboy in the 70s. A mate's dad drove a 110 Super for Crow and I was very jealous. I like to think that Steve's dad is driving the 110 on the front cover of this great book. Mr Dyer really knows his stuff and by the time you've finished reading this you will be very knowledgeable and very happy! Highly recommended!

I can only relate to you what the person i brought this book for told me, but it is informative, well illustrated & for Scania lovers, a very interesting read. The book is well put together & feels robust & well worth the money. Great buy!

A firstc-class production, which I heartily recommend.
Single-marque books are most likely to appeal to niche markets but, if your interests lie within this particular niche, this superb volume from Old Pond is unlikely to disappoint. The publisher has established an attractive house-style and author Patrick Dyer is an undoubted subject-matter expert, with an engaging writing style. Whilst essentially a picture book, the introductory text for each of the five sections, and the extended captions accompanying each image, contain a wealth of information - not only about the trucks, but also about the individuals and businesses that operated them. Picture selection and reproduction - mostly a single large picture per page - are both first class. Overall, this is a first class production, which I heartily recommend.
