This item is a beautiful business card holder, made with 100% genuine black leather with green suede, hand stitch and handmade with eco friendly products in my shop. The edges of the card holder has been hand painted with special leather edge paint and manually hot glazed for a beautiful finish. ■ Material : Genuine leather, silver metal button, waxed tiger thread ■ Hand cut, hand stitch and handmade by me in my shop ■ Can fit up to 25 business cards or 5 credit cards. What is hand stitching? The hand stitch on leather or saddle stitch was pioneered by saddle makers and tack makers for equestrians who needed to utilize a very tough stitch through a great thickness of leather. This is where the term "saddle stitch" derives. When one part of the stitch breaks it does not affect the other segments of stitching and the piece will still be held together. This manual technique offers a stronger suture than the traditional lock stitch created by sewing machines. The only cons ? It takes practice, experience, patience and about 20 times longer than machine stitch. *************Care instructions************* In good hands and good care, your case will last for years! You can clean the outside of the case with a soft cloth and either mild soap or leather cleaner. Just wipe off any residual soap on the case.
