This is a great little invention. I preheat my lunch before I leave the house (often a thing of soup and a quesadilla for dipping) and put it in this thing, then plug it in when I get to work. It's on for 2.5 hours before I take lunch, which is probably too long because I do get little scorch marks on my food, but it definitely keeps food hot enough to be safe to eat. I'm a landscaper so to be able to have a hot meal while I'm out working in the cold is a huge luxury.

Bought this for my husband. First day he took it to work, his coworkers were immediately envious! He left it plugged in a bit to long (25 min) and his soup was too hot to eat but not burnt. He absolutely loves it, and wakes up a few mins early to make sure he has time to pack his lunch. It will pay for itself just in the first week he uses it. The carry bag has enough room to pack extras. Definitely would recommend this for those who do not have a way to heat up food in the go.

It heat it perfectly, its better to add little to water to the rice or anything inside and heat it for 40 min it will make it as steam and it will help to heat the food better

One of my best purchases this year! My husband loves it! It’s a HUGE upgrade to the previous model he had. This one has a quality feel to it that’s awesome and heats up MUCH faster. I LOVE that it comes with a divided plate on top of the regular one AND covers for the fridge. 🥲 I usually prepare the lunch, put it in the fridge and he picks it up in the morning. This allows for a tight seal and I’m thinking of even using it to store food overnight. Trick to close: Refrigerator lid: Open the vent on top of the lid, put it on, then close. Heater lid: Clear in the instructions, but maybe not based on the reviews. Use BOTH hands. Yup, a bit of a hassle but that’s what makes this one so tight that I would trust liquids in it. Definitely worth it!
