Ok, I have ShiftCam lenses and the Kickstarter grip - love them all! This case stinks. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend. I gave them a star for the mount. The fit is fine, typical push-in. I’m coming from a Mous case for my iPhone 11 Pro, and this is nowhere near the quality. It’s convenient and easy to screw lenses in, but the case elsewhere is starting to fall apart. The PU outer is lifting up at the corners and the buttons feel loose. It seems it’s still true that a company should focus on doing one or two things well - photography bodies and lenses in ShiftCam’s case - and ignore the rest. Of course, the weak point in their ecosystem is the mount for the lenses, but my experience (and others) shows they should try a partnership to have the case parts already figured out. Maybe they should bring back the case inset for the lenses and instead of making them in plastic, do a titanium one.

I bought one of these, and after a few days, the area where the lenses go scratched to bare metal. I got rid of it and bought something else. I like my iPhone cases to be pristine, not scratched and worn. Three stars ✨ because it protects the iPhone.

Poor Quality. Terrible customer service. Shiftcam does not stand behind their products. Good luck getting customer support from them after purchase.

This case appears very well made and protective of my iPhone. It has a nice textured surface but still slides into my pocket easily. It is not bulky. The shiftcam lenses screw in nicely. The one drawback is that the place where the lens screws in is metal so it has the potential to scratch wood surfaces if you but it back first down. Just have to remember to put the phone down face first to protect your furniture. Update 12/31 - the fabric backing on the corner started delaminating rather quickly. I used superglue to reattach. I use my Otterbox case most of the time now, just switching to this case when I know I’ll be using the lenses.

The back of this case is fabric and within a couple of days became “shaggy” at the seams. I find it very irritating to hold because of that. Can’t imagine how bad it will feel in a few months.

On my 7th case since Xmas 2024 The lens holder is rubbish quality and wears down very quick and lenses fall off Shift an do not supply new ones for iPhone 15 Pro you have to buy a whole new case Absolute Rubbish

Really good case which offers solid protection to you phone. Easy to take your phone in and out when needed. Lenses screw to the case perfectly. Good all round item.

Ordered expecting to get the iPhone 15 pro model, seeing as the description lists it as compatible, but it’s not. Very upset at this purchase

Two BIG problems. First the magnetic connection to the snapgrip is very weak, although this can be improved by adding a syncwire magnet. Secondly, the lens thread is NOT the standard 17mm, so it cannot be used with a 17mm lens. I guess it is necessary to use a snap lens. Otherwise, the case is great, if expensive.
